Always a faculty dentist checking in with the student dentist. They have all you need in one place. I went thru several major dental surgeries, implants and partials and could not have received this level of exceptional care anywhere else. And with my insurance, the costs were so minimal. I love my fabulous smile!

Shawn Jung was my student dentist he was exceptional he worked with my schedule. I also worked with Dr. Marinis he was amazing. I had to take a break due to a chemo infusion and as soon as my schedule is clear I look forward to continue treatment with Diora who is my new student dentist. She has been great communicating about scheduling.

Dr Alder is always helpful and professional. She made my wife very comfortable during all of her dental work (which has been extensive). Dr Alder is always punctual for the appointments. She was very informative as to what work was needed and why it was needed. My wife was very happy with Dr Alder and very confident with her abilities as a dentist! The only negative I would give is the Parking. The lot is an absolute nightmare in the afternoons. It took over 45 minutes after 1 appt to wind our way though the different levels. Having one attendant on duty was not efficient!

overpriced and its impossible to schedule an appointment with them even if you call at the appropriate time. The machine tells you to press 1 to schedule an appointment then it transfers you to a voicemail that is not monitored. If its not monitored and no one listens to voicemails then why have it?

My friend recommended me to go there, she said; "they did excellent work"...but the hard part is to reschedule an appointment, clerks are not available all the times, I called many times in 2 days to make another appointment and I have not been able to talk to anyone only a machine responded my calls to leave a message but it said no one is going to return your calls.I think they need to hire more receptionists to answer the phone to set up appointments or customer service, anyway I am going to try one more day to see if they are able to answer the phone .....although the service is affordable but is not for free.... :(

I have been utilizing the services of the UIC College of Dentistry for many years, as I've never had dental insurance. They are reasonably priced; but, more importantly, the dental students are top notch. I am currently with my sixth student, and I've been very impressed with all of them. The only downside is that most steps of whatever treatment you are receiving need to be checked by a professor, and that extends the time you are in the chair. That can also be a positive, however, as you are assured that your treatment is monitored. I still give them a giant thumbs up!

I'm trying to set up an appointment with a dental student to put a crown on. I lost my job and my new workplace doesn't have dental insurance. I tried emailing and got no response, I tried calling and the one time I got an answer she couldn't hear me and hung up. The answering machine doesn't even give you enough time to leave a message. Can someone help me out here? Frustrating!

is it impossible to make an appointment. I called the supervisor and still waiting on a call back. I was told my son has a tumor in his jaw line and I was referred to "the best oral surgeons" yet it is impossible to get someone on the phone!!

I called to make an appointment and the girl answered the phone not saying hello just " What is the patients name" and I'm just like hello? And that I am in desperate need for my wisdom teeth to be extracted and I told them that my dentist is faxing them my referral as we speak and they said they don't have any openings until August so they will call me when they get the referral to make the appointment but didn't even ask for my name or phone number..

Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone. I had an appointment this week and just needed to confirm the time of the appointment and can't get anyone to answer in ANY of the departments. I've had this appointment scheduled for three months and in four days no one can answer the phone? That's ridiculous and has been a waste of my time. Thanks for nothing.
