My experience here has been pretty decent. I was referred here because of a dental cyst during the beginning of covid and I still have that cyst 2 years later along with a decompression tube that they inserted. However, it is hard to get in touched with them. I’ve had different student dentist every time so there’s no specific number to call. I let them know that I’m too a current college student that attend school out of state that is why I spread out my appointments by the months. I’ve called numerous times and left messages because I leave for school in a couple of days and I need to be seen immediately. But again it’s hard to get in contact with them over the phone and if you just show up there’s still no guarantee that you would be seen.

I had 4 molars pulled, 3 on lower right and 1 on upper left. The procedure took under 45 minutes, including waiting for the 'numbness' shots to take effect. The Dentist and his assistant worked flawlessly, removing one tooth at a time while asking me all the while if there was any pain(none) and if I was comfortable. They worked as a team making this visit the most remarkable and satisfying medical visit I've ever had. I'm 66 years old. Thank you UIC College of Dentistry for making me feel great again!

It’s been 3 months that I’ve been calling during your office hours but no one picks up! Leaving a voicemail doesn’t work at all either because no one calls back.

Went on time to get a root canal. Tried to reschedule an appointment for the check up and have not been able to get through. I have called for the last passed 6months and have not gotten back to me. I have emailed called left message after message. At this point I am just going to drive 2 hour to go make an appointment. The service is not bad. Neither is the work they do. That part is good but getting in there is a task. Getting someone to answer the phone is a whole job. Then by the time you try to leave a message the mail box is always full.

I can confirmed that the appointment call line is extremely busy as it takes me waiting for full 30 minutes on hold to actually reaching someone and set up appointment for urgent care. This also added with the fact i have to call in a short window of 8 am - 11 am, tried calling 9 am and it’s already full and have to wait next clinic day.
With that being said, after i get my appointment time and actually went in person to the clinic. The experience is nothing but excellent. The staff was informative and guide me through the process with minimal delay. And the student and doctors team are very nice and great in communicating the necessary treatment and also explaining the cost of treatment. Overall, as a first timer at the clinic, i can say from my experience have been excellent, however i can say that i have to agree in the improvements of appointment call center department. Hope anyone find this review helpful.

I was emailed back in April for a referral that it was first come first serve and my son would be put on a waiting list. Well we’ve been waiting since April. I’ve tried to call to make an apt but no one answers and the mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message. Hope someone sees this and we can get my son in soon.

It would be nice if someone would answer the phone it would also help if you could leave a message but the voicemail is always full. My children have been waiting 2 years to get an appointment and their teeth are getting worse my dentist has sent multiple referrals I call for hours everyday no answer and no calls back.

I wish I could give them more than five stars. I think my dental student/genius Dr. Simona and Senior extraordinaire Dr. Jameson are beyond superior. I look forward to every visit. They are so professional and I have not experienced any pain. On top of this, the cost can't be beat.
