They schedule you for many visits to charge insurance also they ask for positive reviews lol so take with grain of salt. They also refuse to perscribe anything other than ibuprofen.

What a wonderful experience I had!! The people are very warm and welcoming friendly!! I felt so comfortable around all the staff and dentist!! Was very good telling me my options and and explained what exactly to expect!!! I going back in 2 weeks and I'm soooo excited 😊🤗🙂

My experience here was fantastic. Been awhile since my last visit to the dentist. Was very anxious about the process. However, from the front desk, to being seen, was very reassuring. Every detail was explained. And every question I had was addressed. And I had a bunch lol..Very caring and professional. Actually looking forward to returning for the fitting, extraction, and new dentures.

The lobby was chaotic but the reception staff was patient with everyone. The dentist was extremely nice and polite as were were all of the dental assistants who assisted. Very professional and polite staff

My kids love going to Familia Dental. All the Doctors and nurses that work in the back are very friendly, interact with my kids take the time to talk to the parents on what is going on with their teeth. I would highly recommend them to any family.

Most of the dentists dont care.. they just pull teeth.. no wonder why the people in the decatur area have no teeth in their heads.. they pulled a frint tooth that i found out later could have been fixed AND my insurance would have covered it.. and also when you go for a cleaning, they are not actually doing the cleanings like they are supposed to.. they are skipping that part, and then when i asked if they were going to give me a cleaning, they said they already did... But they didnt.. the only good dentist that works there is dr. Gauba.. he actually takes time and fixes the teeth for real... Ive learned that he is the only one i will see there.. someone needs to watch the cameras and see what is really going on there... Champaign familia dentist is the best in central Illinois.. it dosent matter which dentist you see there, they all do good.. but Decatur dentist is horrible

Sat there for an hour in a half just to be told they can’t do anything all they did was x rays im in pain and can’t eat bc of my jaw and they told me to find someone else

To be honest my first review was a 1. I have massive anxiety going to the dentist and the waiting process it the worst part. I left my first appointment very upset because of this.. I will admit I am not an easy person to work with when I get upset. CRC Brianna Wade immediately helped me and made me a different appointment for a time of day with a less wait time. Knowing I am a nervous wreck at these appointments she personally came back and checked on me during my appointment.
