Dr. Moore at the Decatur location is the worst dentist I have ever had. She filled four cavities and two of them turned into needing root canals within a couple weeks afterwards because she didn't get all cavity out in the first place. The other two she filled are so sensitive to hot and cold that I can hardly eat or drink anything. It's sad because the other staff are wonderful. Very pleasant, but this sub par dentist ruins it all.

I set my appointment up with Bri Wade she was very awesome and quick set it up for all 3 of my kids including myself with in minutes the ladies in the back where great with my babies the interaction and patient was great our appointment was at 10 we were gone but 11:15

My 3 year son and I had back to back appointments today, and it was a great experience! We had dr. Moore and she was amazing, she was funny, really nice, and gentle. The whole staff made the new experience for my son a good one and he's not scared of the dentist. We will be going back for sure!

I had my insurance company find this dentist because I had a pain in a tooth. Went there, everyone was nice all went well. They said they would contact me for next appointment to fix my tooth set me up a cleaning 6 months down the road. So when I left I said to her: you will contact me when. She said with in a week so we can get this tooth fixed. That was 4 months ago. No phone call nothing. When I call in I'm told I will get a call back, but never do.

They scheduled my boys six month appt for a day they were closed, so I drove 40mins only to find the door locked and the staff in training. I was very upset and was told “sorry, they shouldn’t have schedule you for today.” They also said they called to reschedule us, but they didn’t. I even received the reminder text that morning regarding the appts. I’d give them 0 stars if it was an option and I’ll be finding a new office for my boys.
Last appt we had we waited over an hour after appt time to see the doctor. The staff was nice and the dr did good with my toddlers but I was afraid we were going to end up taking roaches home because the building had the dirty vibe. I’d say if you like the Decatur dmv then you’ll love this place.
