Familia Dental

My experience with Familia Dental was excellent. I highly recommend them except if you need to use Medicare. They do not accept Medicare; too bad.

The staff and doctors are very professional and to see them all getting along really warms my heart. I came in with the worst toothache I have ever had, and they simply said we will see you right away. I was made comfortable and they told me everything that was going to happen. I especially like Doctor Carson he pulled my sore tooth with much care and quickness. Props to you!!! Minimal pain afterwards!!! I recommend anyone here for raises or promotions!!! Great staff!!! I give 20 stars if I could!!!!

This is my 3rd visit here, everyone is so friendly & understanding. I am a very Nervous dental person but I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Wong. I went in for a crown prep June 1, I was pretty nervous but Dr. Wong is exceptional!! She done an amazing job. Always gentle, polite, caring, & I enjoy our conversations. Thank you Dr. Wong!! :) See you soon for my permanent crown!

Absolutely the worst experience. They were rude, over booked, and unprofessional. The office was filthy and poorly maintained. The doctor and the dental assistant were arguing. The dental assistant used an adult sized bite wing to take x-rays of my 3 year Old's teeth. She had an attitude the entire time even though he was very cooperative. She jerked the bite wing out of his mouth and stated that we would have to see a pediatric dentist. The only reason we were forced to use this dentist is because we have youth care insurance and this is the only dentist that accepts this insurance. I would not let them do dental work on my pet dog.

I'd give negative stars if it was possible. Absolute joke of a facility. My son broke his front tooth 2 years ago, they capped it terribly and it fell off. By the time we were able to bring him in for another ( their delay not ours) it was starting to rot and they told us they couldn't do anything, we needed to pull it. 2 more appointments each set to pull it and they keep delaying saying oh we can fix it, we're not pulling it, it will be fine. This Monday we were to pull it. We were again told no. I said I'm not hearing no, we've done this dance for 2 years now, the tooth is rotting, he doesn't need an infection, pull the tooth. Nope, there's a "really good doc" that can do a root canal, said they would call the next day to schedule. Didn't hear a thing. I called to question and was told they're not comfortable pulling it or doing the root canal. Won't do a thing for him. So he's just supposed to live til this tooth rots out of his skull because they delayed so long NO ONE will touch it. Absolutely pathetic dentists. Also, they're giving fillings to charge insurance when the kids don't need them so.... both of mine got 3 fillings after we were told they're teeth were fine, no cavities.

Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was very pleasant and professional. The dentist responded positively to my wants and all my questions were answered. Overall a very nice experience.

Excellent experience. Everyone I came in contact with from front desk, dental techs, dentist were excellent. Friendly professional staff and put you at ease.

From the front desk to the assistants and dentist himself, everyone was so friendly and so helpful. They were so great with my two year old. She was completely at ease once they talked to her and they even kept an eye on her while I got my own teeth cleaned. Pleasantly surprised with the level of care and patience all around. Wish I had gotten everyone’s names so I could mention them specifically.

Amazing service!! Dentist went above and beyond for patient comfort, care and satisfaction. The staff was sweet and prompt. Dr. done such an amazing job you can't even tell I had work done!! Cannot be more grateful and thankful!!!
