I had all my teeth pulled in this last week. the staff was very professional and turned an unpleasant experience into a durable one. they took good care of me and I would highly recommend them to any one needing dental work. Great job guys

I was honestly in shock that as I'm sitting in the dental chair. It was apparent that the dentist and his assistant were angry something to do with scheduling. Talking back and forth to each other while working on me.

My mouth wide open getting teeth extracted and some cut out to hear them discussing this problem even cussing. Very very unprofessional! I am a Christian woman. I will not watch movies that have cursing then to have to hear it from a professional dentist, while performing a procedure on me.

I was already nervous and this made it even worse.

After extracting 8 teeth,(some cut out) the only prescription I received for pain was ibuprofen and Tylenol. Today, I am very swollen. I look like a chipmunk and am in very much pain.

Please understand while I am thankful to be having work done on my teeth to be treated this way is wrong in every way.

Once you get to the back the staff and dentist are amazing. Front desk clerks are rude! For some odd reason no one received cancellation calls after a dentist relocated and they basically called all of us liars. They cancelled my appointment on the 10 of this month. While I waited I witness 6 other clients explain that they did NOT receive a call. Instead of admitting there was a possible error they said we was called.

Went online Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday. I had a filling from years ago fall out, and they were able to see me the next day. Replaced the filling, and even did a cleaning after. Friendly, helpful people, great dentist, and NO PAIN whatsoever!

This is the worst place on God’s green earth, to make someone pay for a service that they are not even getting is absurd! This place has not had an orthodontist in months and they are still billing for my daughters braces. We have not even been able to get an appointment in over 3 months. We are suppose to pay at each appt every month. But they were still adding payments even without her being seen! This place needs to be shut down. Then we were unable to make an appointment with another Familia facility in Springfield or Champaign. All my kids come here and I come here as well. Customer is horrible. Can even give me a balance of what I’ve paid already. Lauren White is the only good thing about this place. She’s at least tries to accommodate the patients.

Seems they are very over booked. I had setup 3 appointments. Myself and two referrals. When the referrals hadn't gotten an email I told her to call them.
Come to find out they had scheduled them with the wrong dentist. They couldn't go. So after waiting a month and a half they were set up for another month. They were my ride.
I went and they did nothing that day. Next appointment is May 5th. Crazy

This places like to play games. I was on the waiting list for three months for my son to get braces. The day before his appointment they called and canceled. Now I got back in two months later for them to tell me my insurance is out of network and that they can’t guarantee either of my children will be seen that day. Now they had the insurance information for months, five months to be exact.
Very unprofessional and not courteous.
Would not recommend this place unless you have lots of time to wait and be seen and when I say time I mean months.

On a full dental removal process they left a few in an now my gum is swollen and very painful for me to do anything to.
He was quick to get this done but made a mistake on his duties that he had to do.
I will now have to go back an have them done again which I hate needles to begin with so I am not sure what will happen with this issue yet.

My family and I love our doctor definitely, (he’s a miracle worker) I love how staffing has treated me and my family every time we‘ve come. The service is phenomenal in my experience (for this establishment) and the name fits very well.

My first 2 visits were fine. My 3rd they had to repeat an impression, due to facility loosing original. 4th visit, I was told they attempted to reach me, but didn't find out till I arrived the dentist was not there. 5th visit, because they double booked, I waited an hour before I could get yet another fitting. Now I have to come for 2 more visits still. None of what happened was fault of mine, yet I am the one that is being very inconvenienced, and delayed. I have to drive 2 hours for appointments, and fuel is not cheap, nor is my one day off a week.
I understand having 1 dentist sign off/verify all work, but for impressions any dental assistant is able to do that, and wait for the Dr. to sign off. If I didn't need the work to be completed, I would never go back. I also understand that some things may be out of employee control, but some of this is just not acceptable. My most recent visit, one of the aids/assistants, kept talking about going to lunch after being at work for only 3 hours, and then left. If the dentist is backed up, how hard is to see what you(employee) is able to do to help get patients moving. If I did any of these things in the medical facility I work at I would have been terminated. PATIENTS are first and fit in no matter what.
