This is my favorite dentist office to go to in the city. Not only is it an amazingly clean office with a friendly front desk, all of the hygienists and doctors are impressively nice and patient! What I like most is that they are speedy with service and get you in and out but definitely don’t make you feel rushed! I loved having Lindsey do my X-rays. She’s an outstanding person on their team. They also accept walk ins and are open on Saturday. Another cool thing I noticed is that they have an in-house dental plan that seems amazing for people who may not have anything.

Went here after another practice said I'd need an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom tooth. Doctor Michael was quick, professional, and had the tooth out in less than a minute. The staff were all helpful and cheerful, the doctor was amazing, really, about as positive as a visit to the dentist can be.

Came in for a check up on a tooth pain. The staff were all friendly. Dr.Setti saw me and was professional and showed kindness and empathy. Ayshia Acker is amazing and left a great impression. She went above and beyond to help me out with all my questions. She was very patient in helping me understand how the treatment plan is gonna go and helped me work out care credit for my payment. She helped ease my worries and stress. This place really is “exceptional”.

This place is awesome! Very friendly and professional. Dr. Adragna is my go to dentist now. Stephanie is certainly a great assistant—she’s helped on most of the stuff I’ve been having done there.

Exceptional Dental was just that, exceptional. They were very accommodating and squeezed my daughter in for a last minute appointment. She had been in pain for 2 days. Dr. Setti and his hygienist were kind and patient with Reagan. The office follows all C 19 protocols. She will definitely be back.

My visit went well. The hygienist was great, although I'm awful at remembering names, so can't call her out directly. I started flossing every day after my previous visit, and I was delighted to hear that it made a big difference.

I visited Exceptional Dental for a deep cleaning, as part of a longer-term plan for restoring my teeth. Staff at the front desk is very helpful and pleasant, in particular Luisa and Christine. The hygienist, Rachael, is very detailed and patient. She made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. On my earlier visit, I met with both Dr. Adragna and Dr. Mooney, who took time to explain all the options I had. There was zero waiting time on both occasions. The equipment they use is top notch. The offices are new and the atmosphere is very calming. Great location in Mid-city, with plenty of parking. I am very happy I found them and will keep returning.

Exceptional Dental MC is great! They rescheduled my appointment that was missed due to Hurricane Ida very quickly. Katie updated my insurance before I even arrived and the entire appointment only took about an hour. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
