I would definitely recommend Exceptional Dental of Mid-City to anyone looking for a professional, engaging experience. Dr. Mickey Adragna has made me feel so at ease and confident in his treatment and his assistant Yaya is an absolute delight as are all of the staff there that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, including Evelyn. 100 times better than my experience with my last dentist and his staff.

Exceptional dental did a great job with mine and my sons dental service. The hygienists were kind and gentle, and the dentist was attentive and took their time to talk about my dental care. My son's first dentist visit was fun, and he was encouraged to participate! I would recommend this office for families, especially with small children.

I believe the dentist was too rough, I had three extractions and I knew my face would be swollen because I've had this done before, but my face is bruised from the Dentist trying to pull my side tooth. Also she mention that I probably had sleep apnea, even after I assured her that I didnt and I had a sleep test, I dont feel comfortable ever coming back to that dentist office EVER!!!

This office is brand new, quite large, clean and nice. The staff were helpful, but I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room past my appointment time to be called in, another 20 minutes once I was in my room for an x-ray and then the doctor to come, and another 20 minutes for the hygienist to perform my cleaning in another room. It must be why there are so many TVs everywhere, to try to distract you from the wait time. I know that this location is new, and they may be working some scheduling kinks out, but a total of 70 minutes of time spent waiting for one teeth cleaning seems excessive. If you are planning on coming for a cleaning, I would suggest scheduling 2.5 hours out of your day to do so. That being said, the facility and staff are very nice.

Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have a very strong gag reflex, but Jen my hygienist, knows just how to take my X-rays with no problem. The doctors are awesome as well.

If I could give ten stars instead of five, I would. Each visit I was seen by Dr. Alice and JaSonia. There is nothing I would change about my experience because every visit has been perfect. The staff made it their job to not only accommodate me for my dental work making each procedure quick and painless, but they took on the task of making me feel comfortable before and during my procedure as well. Even after Troylynn would follow up to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any additional discomfort. Highly recommend!

Service was subpar and Dr. Setti lacks quality bedside manner. Perhaps that's what you're looking for when seeking dental care.
