Exceptional Dental of Mid-City

I Been going to this dentist for a little over a year And they can definitely be a little pricey, but I will say all the work I have had done has been pretty good. I like that Doctor Adragna is straight forward with you. Although he’s a busy dentist he gets the work done and I like his confidence. As long as he’s there I’ll keep this practice as my primary.

I am very happy that I found Exceptional Dental. The first procedure that I had with them was implant surgery for the right side of my mouth. The experience was exceptional. Recently I had problems with the front of my mouth due to a previous dentist, they let me come into the office without an appointment, diagnosed the problem and resolved it. I highly recommend......
I can't wait to get the rest of my mouth done.

Today was my first visit here. I've been seeing the same dentist for the past 20 years and needed to see someone closer to home, sadly. I was scared because it's hard breaking away from the usual.

I walked in and was greeted by the comradely front staff in, might I say, the most swanky office I've ever been in. (I looooove aquariums.) They handed me an iPad to fill my information out on, and had water and coffee to wait with. After my wait, I was taken to THE chair with a remote to watch whatever I wanted on TV. The ambiance of the entire office was serene and tranquil. Even though I have no anxiety about going to the dentist, I could just fall asleep.

Dr. Alice Ho and Heather had a great dynamic and report with one another. Doc was never pressuring or scolding like some dentists can be to a patient. I'm not the most adherent to a proper dental routine, but Doc and Heather had such terrific bedside manners and understood I'm only a human that loves sugar.

Surprise! They uncovered a whopping five cavities. My bad.

Most importantly, they weren't trying to pull my baby tooth. This little guy has been my ride or die, and they wanted to keep it preserved as long at possible.

I was surprised to find out they even had time to do a cleaning, which was soooo much fun with Jenn! It's like having a tea party with her, but she is scraping the plaque off your teeth.

The cleaning went superb and Jenn adroitly gave me the anesthetic injections for my filling, which, furthering the surprise, they had more time to do. Just one bad cavity. They gotta keep me coming back for more, after all.

I said goodbye to Jenn with the goody bag she gave me, and was back in the chair with Doc and Heather, and they gave me some sunglasses that made me look like the mayor of Flavor Town, Guy Fieri, to be okay with the bright lights. The overall experience of having the filling done was what you should expect: comfortable while they were courteous and considerate.

My overall experience with my visit was 15/10. They treated me, and, what I can see, everyone else with personal respect. Their hours are great. Their staff is friendly, and seem to be friendly amongst themselves even. I'm very relieved I took a chance going to another dentist.

I have intense intense dental anxiety. This office was completely understanding of my stress level when I was there and didn’t question me or make me feel irrational for needing a little extra gentle care. The doctors, hygienists and office staff are all super professional, polite and skilled. I had a 4 quad scaling and it was done so gently I had no pain the next day! Such an improvement over my last dentist.

Talk about service! I Left an dental emergency voicemail late last night and was returned first thing this morning. With No insurance i was worried, but Dr. Adragna and Heather worked with me and took care of the issue. Also a Beautiful facility, I Was in and out! Thanks again Heather, I’ll be back for sure!

Really liked the experience at Exeptional. Dr. Alice and staff where very professional and made a thorough assessment of the dental work I would need. 1st time and very glad I chose them.

I needed a dental implant and I found Exceptional Dental. ALL of the staff are lovely, very professional while being kind and patient. My implant took less time and was less painful than any of my other implants. I rate this dental office 100/10.

I loved the Atmosphere and the top-of-the-line technology. I am not a dentist friendly person I’m very claustrophobic and I don’t like people being around my face for a very long time, but I felt Very comfortable here and very relaxed. I love this location in midcity and I would recommend this place to everyone. Dr.Nicole Russo is fantastic and makes you feel very calm.

Outstanding Job!! The staff at Exceptional Dental in Midcity is always so respectful, professional, and courteous. Each time I am made to feel like I am the most valuable customer there. Most importantly, I trust the staff because they know what they are doing and their work speaks for itself.
