All of the people were patient and kind from helping me get there to leaving after a tough surgery. The surgeon explained everything before he did it and shared photos, etc. with me. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I am glad I chose Exceptional Dental.

I had previously had a wisdom tooth extracted in 2018 and not only was I in pain DURING the procedure, but I had probably one of the longest and most painful recoveries one can have (dry socket, bleeding for days, you name it!). This led me to put off having the rest of my wisdom teeth removed due to fear and anxiety of having to go through that again. I finally had to go in and get it over with (I had a terribly painful cavity in one of them). When I say this experience was incredible- I mean it!! Dr. Adragna and Amanda were extremely accommodating to my anxiety over the whole thing and made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time. Not only were they amazingly considerate, but what took almost an hour (for one tooth) last time took only about 5-10 minutes for the whole procedure. I genuinely did not believe him when he said it was finished, I didn’t feel a thing! On top of an incredibly well executed procedure, the healing time was about 1/4 the time of my last recovery- I was eating solid food just 48 hours after with no pain or discomfort. I cannot recommend Dr. Adragna enough and the words in this review don’t even begin to embody how truly amazed I am by their work!

I called to make a same day appointment on a Saturday for a dental emergency. Everyone from reception to Dr Setti were kind, caring, and empathetic. I also appreciated the courtesy with which financials and insurance were handled and how they walked me through every step of the procedure. On top of all that, the office is modern and beautiful. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Best dental experience I had in a long time. Everything right there in one visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind I traveled 9hrs to get help and it was well worth the drive from Arkansas to New Orleans. Now to find this service in Arkansas night take some research on my part. I had two molars extracted and it was mostly painless. They saw me within a half hour of my call(I as in a lot of pain. The staff was very friendly and attentive. If you can say that you enjoyed your trip to the dentist they must be doing something right. I was given a warm neck pillow which was very nice. Great fish tank in waiting room. The warmth and concern of all the employees and doctors was genuinely sincere. I will be back.

The doctors/staff are professional and courteous. Within 5 minutes after my arrival time, they took me to the back, made sure I knew what my procedure consisted of, made sure I was comfortable and more importantly made sure I was pain free throughout my 4 hour procedure. I would and have recommended friends & family to Exception Dental. Thank you for a pleasant dental experience!

Feeling like a lot of places. The hygienist that I had, Jenn, was really great. I’m sensitive and...ok, I’m “scared” of needles. She was communicative and made me feel comfortable.

My 1st time ever coming to this clinic and I have absolutely no complaints. Overall experience was great, the office is very nice & clean and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to Kioka for being such a class act and for explaining the root canal procedure with so much detail. Also thanks to Dr. Setti and the assistant, whose name I didn’t catch, for being so kind and professional making my visit a lot easier for me. Great team!

By far the BEST experiance at a dentist's office. Dr. Adragna and his assistant Heather absolutly took above and beyond care. The entire staff from start to finish was amazing. Not being from this area I was blown away with the work I had done and all in one day. Again thank you!!
