Saw Jennifer this morning for a deep teeth cleaning. Was not uncomfortable. In fact I was very relaxed. Jennifer was great and very conscientious and tenacious at getting that last bit of plaque

Great staff. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and communicates clearly. Mid City facility is modern and pristine. Warm scented neck pillow while you wait in the chair is a super nice touch.

Fantastic care across the board in my two visits here. Dr. Ho in particular is exceptional. She has spent so much time and care addressing my concerns about jaw and neck pain and TMJ.

They did not honor my second cleaning. When I got to the office for my appointment they scheduled.
When you get there I c plan you get two free cleaning.
But, when you go in for the second cleaning they try to make you sign up again for the coverage.
I did not want to sign up again so they did not give me the second cleaning.

They are always so professional and nice. Ms. Carol, the hygienist, was so calm and takes her time. Dr. Alice is the best. A very holistic doctor.

You will not find me repeatedly writing reviews in the same place, good or bad, but I feel that strongly about the staff and care here that when I have a break from my visits and come back I just look forward to the visit AND am relaxed without any negative thoughts about “seeing the dentist”. There are a lot of folks who don’t like going to the dentist but I have issues in that department
that span my whole life and have to do with an illness that I never knew I had amongst other things. I usually see Dr. Setti but today I saw Dr. Alice and she was absolutely very receptive, accommodating, and so sweet I could not have been more pleased. Rachel, the hygienist, is always very nice and extremely informative and she provided education on products which I will purchase. Jamie and Evelyn were both at the desk in the front and were extremely helpful and super friendly. I have worked with Jamie in the office since I have been coming here and she has been the BEST with scheduling and figuring out insurance and work needed vs. payments etc. I don’t want to forget Darius who walked me back initially and took my X-rays. I think he may have been the most gentle with putting the little plates in my mouth and he fit them with ease which most, if not all, others before could not do without me getting one or two scratches in my mouth. He did a great job!!

Every time I come to exceptional dental the service surpasses my expectations! Dr. Andragna is knowledgeable and professional. The team walks you through your treatment before it is performed. I am in the process of receiving an implant and the team made me feel comfortable and confident that it would go well. Dr. Andragna’s assistant Stephanie is personable and knowledgeable.There are also payment plans and they take dental insurance as well! I would recommend Exceptional Dental

I was from out of town an had an emergency and they got me right in with no problem. Everyone that I came in contact with was great! The music was awesome too!! I would definitely go back.

Dr. Alice Ho has to be really one of the best doctor. Caring, excellent listener and available when I need her. The staff is courteous, helpful, friendly and accommodates you. I would recommend Dr. Alice any day and if you have a complicated case: this is your doctor. She may mot have all the answers but she certainly will be one of the best choices to guide you.
