Highly recommend Exceptional Dental! 8 had a GREAT experience after not going to the Dentist for almost 4 years because I was so scared! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and professional. The new midcity location is top notch. I liked the experience so much that I brought my 2 year old back for her first dentist appointment! Happy to have gone and will go back!

Exceptional Dental is outstanding! Dr. Alice Ho and her staff are the most professional team around. Cleanings are pleasant, and I feel like I’m in the best hands with Dr. Alice for all of my dental needs, which have included fillings and Invisalign. On top of it all, the office is beautiful, it’s easy to make appointments and the office staff is the friendliest! I’ve switched dentists a few times, but I’m here to stay!

Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Went in for just a checkup and was able to have cavities identified and filled the same day, most convenient dentist appointment I think I’ve ever had!

I went to this dental office around a year ago just for a cleaning. While there, I was told I needed braces, to see a periodontal specialist, and had a cavity. I was also told my cleaning needed to be divided into two visits. I paid for my visit and was told I didn't need to pay for the followup since it was a continuation of the cleaning I was getting. Turns out that wasn't true and they tried to bill me for the continuation of cleaning even though I had signed paperwork proving they explained the billing to me. They then tried to pressure me into getting my cavity filled immediately even though I told them I wanted to go get it done at the dental school. At this point I did not trust them as I felt pressured and I have always had very healthy and straight teeth. I have never had a cavity. I went elsewhere for TWO second opinions on my teeth and I was told that I have NO cavities and that drilling into my teeth when there is no cavity could cause unnecessary damage. I feel this office tried their hardest to get me to pay for medically unnecessary procedures.
I will not be returning here and I would recommend that others be wary of this dental office and all of its too-good-to-be-true reviews.

Stephanie at exceptional dental of mid-city made it where for the first time in 40 years I was able to do bite wing xrays without being sick. Everyone was extremely kind and patient and for the first time i really don't dread my future dental visits.
