I had a very positive experience at Monarch Dentistry. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and very welcoming. Dr. Patel was professional, welcoming, and very approachable. He really took the time to help me understand the importance of oral health. Isabel and Alma were the Rock stars of the practice: they made me feel so comfortable and explained everything they were doing step by step. Overall, the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and the staff at Monarch.

Monarch Dental Burleson is amazing. Everyone there is so nice and very professional. I'm very comfortable going there and would recommend them to everyone. Dr Angel Rodriguez is very caring and totally explains everything so you know exactly what is going on. (He nice to look at too)

I saw Dr Murray and his staff today after a crown broke. They got me in the same day it happened and replaced my crown. I have to say it was the most comfortable dental procedure I have ever had. After expressing my concerns about my anxiety and being hard to numb Dr Murray used a different numbing technique that made the total visit pain free. His assistant Sabre was also fantastic. She and Dr Murray were very friendly and personable including me in their conversation while working on me. This took a lot off my thought process of what was actually happening. I would recommend Monarch Dental to any and everyone. The staff was perfect.

I had a horrible toothache. was able to get in within an hour of me calling for an appointment. The dentist assistant and dentist were AMAZING!! I had to get the tooth pulled. The dentist made sure I was completely numb before starting & explained everything that he was doing. They made me feel comfortable and that they truly cared to get me relief. I would highly recommend this facility.

Awful service. The front desk ladies are rude every time I go in there. Sadly got my braces done here and they switched my ortho half way through and the new ortho asked why my teeth looked like they did. I continually get ne appointments canceled and then they call me back saying that nevermind I can have an appointment the next week. How can I go from not having an appointment until 6 months later to having an appointment the next week in a span of 5 minutes. They canceled my appointment again and I'm flat out done. I've been charged for things I never got done here and I cannot ever keep an appointment.

I don’t know why I bother coming here. Every time I go they want to do a root canal and cap. I’ve literally lost two teeth because they didn’t do a cap properly. I went and got a second opinion with a very reputable private practice and they said I simply just needed a filling. This place is out to get your money and they will ruin your teeth in the process.

Worst experience ever. Please do your research on Dr Murray. Read his personal reviews. They aren’t good. First visit-he seemed nice. But frightening personality change on the 2nd (after you sign the dotted line for financing), unethical, extremely rude & the procedure was very painful. The only reason I made it through was because of his assistant, Meghan. I know at one point I begged her to finish the procedure & not let Dr Murray come back & do it, but she wasn’t qualified. However, at that point, I didn’t care. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

*Update* When I went in for my consult with the oral surgeon, I could not have had a worse experience. Everything I experienced on my first visit was completely opposite. The surgeon came in and he seemed to be in a rush. He made me feel like I was getting in the way of something else he had planned. I felt like he was just trying to hurry up and get me out of his hair because apparently, he had much better things to do than to worry about my oral health (AKA HIS JOB!). I was advised by the doctor on the previous visit that I may need implants for 3 teeth. My entire top row are implants so I had a good idea of what it entailed. They took me into a room to discuss the procedure and cost, and they said he would put in 3 implants. For 3 teeth, that is not necessary. The total came to $14,000... without insurance. I didn't pay that for my car! I left and never went back. Today I went to Marvel Dentistry and they quoted me $3400 for implants, but are leaning more toward a cheaper, simpler and less painful procedure. DO NOT GO to Monarch Dental if you need any major work done. A cleaning? A regular checkup? go for it, the staff are great. They're the only reason I give this place the one star. But if you need to see an oral surgeon for any reason, DO NOT GO! They're only after your money, and don't care about the patients. I can recommend Marvel though. They are super friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Even the doctor is very down to earth makes you feel like you are his priority.... and you don't have to wait a month to talk to him about major procedures :)

Everyone was so friendly. I didn't feel that intimidating feeling of being a patient. I felt like I was making new friends. Everyone was super helpful.
