I personally do not like dental appointments, especially when it entails an extraction. However, my experience today 11/17/2021 was exceptional. I had to have an extremely difficult tooth removed, but I was fortunate to have Dental Assistant ALESSANDRA and Dr JOVIE NUSSER. They calmed my jitters and made a difficult extraction and experience much easier than I thought possible.
I came to Aspen Dental as a walk-in patient, and today I'm proud to say that Aspen Dental is now my Dentist Office of choice. Not just for me, but for my wife as well. I need more Dental work, and I WILL be back to see Alessandra and Dr Nusser ONLY!!

Great experience! Friendly staff and doctor was awesome! He was gentle, funny, and made me comfortable the whole time. Felt like an old friend. I needed some extensive work done (I waited way too long to finally go in) but they made me a plan and now I'm pain free and very happy with the results. I recommend this office. They were honest and gave me several options that I was happy with.

I went to Aspen dental a few months ago and I would NEVER go back! The office staff was nice and all, but the treatment plan they gave me was 100% a lie. I take very good care of my teeth and they said I needed the special Periodontal cleaning. Of course they wanted me to make that next appointment right then and there and it required me to put, I believe, 50% of the payment down. I made an appointment with another Dentist in the area and, what a surprise, I did NOT need the periodontal cleaning. I got a regular teeth cleaning with the other dentist. After I left the office, I read all the other reviews and it seems as though I am not the only one with this experience.

I went in with a hurting tooth but the entire staff took X-rays, checked every tooth out and my gums , then come up with a plan of all I needed and when and how they could do it and they offered me financial assistance! I’m so glad I went to Aspen and yes they pulled my one tooth and I’m pain fee but I will definitely be going back to Aspen to finish up my Dental plan they all so kind and courteous came up with.

And this is the first time I have written a review for anyone but it is very deserving. I have had nothing but great experiences during my appointments at Aspen dental. My last two appointments were with Jocelyn Hess dental hygienist. I was very fearful and stressed and have a lot of questions about my previous diagnosis and the procedure she was about to perform. She patiently listen to every question I had. Which were a lot. And immediately upon answering my questions I could sense that she genuinely cared about my concerns! And explain every question in detail about my concerns. She was very calming and also had a great sense of humor! She went above and beyond taking her time helping me understand diagnosis procedure treatment and home care. I left her chair Feeling much better about my whole situation. Not to mention how clean and fresh my mouth felt! The front desk receptionist as well was extremely polite. And every appointment she of course was the first person I see and every time she had a welcoming smile on her face! And at the end of checkout was a great experience as well. The only thing that concerned me was the amount of patients that were in and out every I came to an appointment. I was worried that I would be overlooked and my cleanings or procedures would be rushed through on the account of so many patients and how quickly they were coming in and out. I am a single parent and I had to use all of my savings plus save up in order to complete the payment for my procedure which consist of two appointments with insurance was roughly close to $800! So I was very concerned about how fast things were going. But it turned out great in the end I am more confident and more motivated to brush twice a day and floss! Thank you so much Miss Jocelyn Hess for your patience and caring enough to answer each of my questions thoroughly!

My experience with Aspen Dental was a very good experience friendly surrounding ,friendly staff I had no problem everyone that I was encounter with explan all the detail steps that I was going through. I enjoyed my visit,overall I would say everyone was really nice and friendly I will be going back and recommending others.

The wait to become a patient was over a year. They are very professional and they have updated dental technology (like 3D scanning). I have also talked to others who have gone to this branch, and they seem to the everyone that they have periodontal disease and further sell them on treatments. At the end of my first visit, they tried to sneak in a $135 electric toothbrush and a few other unnecessary things as a part of the "treatment", which I wasn't happy about.
Next visit I came back and was waiting for an hour for a scheduled visit. They told me I can reschedule, but I shouldn't have to, considering this appointment was scheduled, and they may be unreliable to keep their appointment again in the future. I have canceled my future appointment and will go elsewhere.

Very courteous staff. They were able to perform all of the recommended dental work that same day and gave an easy to understand plan with prices to go forward. The doctors and hygienist explained everything very well too.

I used Aspen in another state with no issue and continued with the company at this Aspen branch when I moved to Tallahassee. The experience was not the same. On my first visit, I was given a treatment I didn't ask for nor notified of and was charged for it. On my second visit, I waited for an hour in the chair after my appointment already started 15 minutes late. I was told repeatedly someone would be with me shortly, and the dentist even came in and said it would just be a few minutes. Finally he came in and said he'd have to see me in 15-20 minutes or so, and I told him he was ridiculous, I had to get back to work. I left. Also, they made me take an x-ray every 6-month visit. According to them, that's company policy and standard, but I know that is not true because my previous Aspen branch never did that. Finally, my last visit was cancelled on me the night before I was to go in. I will now be finding a new provider.
