They were very nice and honest in saying they couldn't improve my fathers dentures instead of being money hungry and taking advantage of senior citizen

Hands down one of the best in town. The knowledge that i received was so helpful and started me on my beautiful smile Journey. The most important thing is the Drs. there are everything and was patient with me cause i can't tolerate pain. I would recommend them to anyone, just be sure to go over financial information with before anything is done.

Careless. Applied for financing for a surgery that I cancelled and never completed. I was told that if I don't do the surgery I wouldn't be billed. Now I have bill collectors harassing me about a loan for a surgery I never received. I called and their nonchalant attitude was well we will submit a refund request. Still waiting. In the meantime thanks for messing up my credit. Will find a different dental office. I don't appreciate miscommunication and wrong information being given to me especially when it has these consequences. Careless.

Unprofessional! They’re epic on phone tag and no one wants to explain. Just put 50% down on Aligners and not tell how long you will wear them or how your smile would look afterwards. Regional manager sent a non-reply email asking how my experience was. I called to explain and was left to speak to a voicemail with no call back. What a waste of time. Thank you for showing how services would be if I did select Aspen for 3k aligners. No thank you!

This was my first visit. I completed and printed all required paperwork in advance and arrived 10 minutes before my 10am appointment. I still waited 30 minutes from the time of my arrival before I was seen. There should be a penalty for having to wait just as no shows. My time is precious, as with most, especially those of us who are gainfully employed. That's my only issue. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would recommend Aspen.

Great staff and very great care to your teeth. Brian also helped me apply for a care credit card to help with payments, was fast and easy and even was able to use it the same day 😀

I came to have a quarterly checkup which at most dental offices includes a x-ray and cleaning. Well I got the x-ray, no cleaning, and $2000 worth of recommendations, which is fine if that's what is need. But if my insurance is covering my quarterly checkup, I would like to have my cleaning done. I was wondering why I stop coming to this place, it's because they over charge you for service. I have had fillings done before and the most I had to pay out of pocket with my insurance was $70 per filling, why does this place charge $250 with insurance. Something isn't right about this place. I will not be back ever!!!

Everyone was very professional and helpful. I am so afraid of the dentist because of a previous encounter with another dentist. But at Aspen Dental in Tallahassee Florida they make you feel calm and comfortable they make you feel right at home, no worries. They even worked on getting the price down a substantial amount !! I would recommend Aspen Dental in Tallahassee Florida to everyone exspecially if you have had a bad encounter with another dentist. I don't know the names of the dentist or the staff but I Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism !!!! Aspen Dental is # (1) in my book.

I'm was very pleased with the entire practice. Everyone was very professional and very helpful. They even found several small cavities that the dentist I had seen four months ago, at another dental office, did not catch. I would be happy to recommend this office to anyone.
