Aspen Dental

I went to Aspen because I had a filling fall out I couldn't get an appointment with my regular dentist for several months. I chose Aspen because they advertise they are affordable. I was told that I needed a crown on 2 teeth and they couldn't put a filling in the tooth. Plus I needed a deep cleaning. After my dental insurance discount I was charged $963 for x-rays, office visit, deep cleaning and special toothpaste and rinse. Plus they wanted another $2000 for the crowns. They are not affordable!!! Office manager very pushy on getting you to pay the fees. I refused the crowns. I should have refused the deep cleaning as. The prices are outrageous. I have not been back since the deep cleaning and have requested my x-rays be sent to my regular dentist. Beware of the prices.

I went to an appointment with my Sister. The customer service was horrible. They were rude and ripped my Sister off. They did not want to adjust her partial to fit. She's been in pain while wearing the partial. She can't eat with them. That refuse to help her. They don't honor their refund policy. I know several other people that have similar issues. That are a rip off

Did a great job in office, but couldn't reach anybody there after leaving. Phones were forwarded to an automated system and then a voicemail.

Daniel made sure my immediate dentures could be made on time even with them backed up. Jennifer, who did my impressions and bite was wonderful as well. Kept me informed of what to expect all along. She made me feel comfortable

I sent my young daughter to have a tooth look at. However, they advised her that if if it wasn’t bothering her to leave it alone for now. So they advised she need a teeth clean, which my dental plan covers for free. They didn’t tell her that she was getting a different type of cleaning that the plan only cover a %. She they scared her because they made it seem as it was necessary for this and that. When we got to view bill she didn’t know what all the charges were (10 codes) that came up to $1,750. She said she only remember exam, imaging and cleaning. They didn’t ask her did she wanted the toothbrush but it was also included. She had to come out of her pocket $550. with insurance and she was thinking it was a deposit which would be refund until the claim department called. I contacted the Board of dentistry I was shock of this place had several complaints

The office is extremely busy and I found them under the false pretense of providing emergency care for a broken tooth. Long story short, I left there after 3 hours and 500 out of my pocket without any work done and the extraction was scheduled for another week!

Needed one tooth extracted. Set up appointment over the phone and was quoted a high but acceptable rate. Unfortunately the one office closest to our home did not have appointments available the same day so we agreed to drive almost 2 hours away to another location. Once there we were given a bill of almost $15,000 of all the services and procedures that they said were necessary and they could do just the extraction but it would have to be no less than two teeth for double the price quoted on the phone or they could not help. They stated the rate given over the phone is just a quote and not a guarantee of price. So we drove almost four hours round trip just to come home still in pain. Beware of quotes and prices. Not affordable at all. And somewhat unethical business practices.

Went in knowing I had a cavity and scheduled that appointment. They had me come back on 2 separate occasions and insisted it was not a cavity and that I needed a deep cleaning and gave me a toothbrush (which is cool). I have moved and my teeth are still bothering me I went to another dentist told them the same issue I was having and I have 2 cavity’s that’s are wayyyy over due. Very disappointed in the service.

Another fine visit. Taken back a few minutes after checking for my appointment, very efficient.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well my visit went. They were through, doing everything they could to meet my needs. I would refer everyone who has Dental Issues to "Aspen Dental" They Are The Best❣
