I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mecklenburg.
I battled with my dentures from almost 2 years. They were to big and crooked. I must have went back to where I got them prob 20 times for adjustment.
When I went to Dr. Mecklenburg he knew exactly what was wrong.
He made me a new set of dentures at NO cost. And let me tell you they are amazing! They feel great and look like real teeth. Dr. Mecklenburg is very friendly always smiling, laughing, or making jokes. He makes you feel comfortable.

It was a great experience... also it Was great to get my wisdom tooth removed that was infected out! The process was quick getting it out and didn’t hurt. the longest part was waiting for the numbing to do it’s thing. And Of course afterwords it hurt but they had my medicine sent over for my pain before the procedure. Brandon and his Assistant were great. Thank you!

I dont usually leave reviews, but ive had so many billing issues with this dental office that Im looking for dental work elsewhere. Multiple times they have told me I needed to pay one copay number, then ask for more money via a mail bill at a later date. They over charged me once and had to issue a refund after I brought it up. Ive been told on multiple occasions I would get a call back later with more info on a billing issue, then would never receive a call.

I will say the actual dental staff did a good job on my dental work, so I didnt leave a 1star. But again, the headache of dealing with the front desk and payment issues isnt worth it.

The visit itself was pleasant and professional, but I am so sick of getting these confounded notifications. I received 6 different reminders in the week before my appointment, and this review was prompted by the THIRD "tell us about your visit" email. Also, I waited 2 months for this appointment. I specifically told them that I only wanted a teeth cleaning, but I would do the intake exam if they wanted me to. I did not get my teeth cleaning and when I brought it up at the intake exam, they acted like it was the first they'd heard the request from me, and unfortunately, they only have one dental hygienist and she's backed up now. I'm looking for a new dentist.

My initial appointment was scheduled for December. However, I rescheduled because I was experiencing pain. When I walked in for my rescheduled appointment , the guy told me I was never put in the system and that they couldn't see me today. He told me I could wait while he calls to see if any other patients were going to cancel their appointment today and then they could see me. When I initially called, the woman helping me kept saying she was new, didn't know how to schedule, and I kept getting disconnected. Just terrible customer service. I won't be going back.

I’ve been using Aspen Dental for a few years now. There’s never a long wait before seeing a dentist and staff are very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff is friendly and very professional.
dr meckelberg made me feel at ease
(a very rare feeling for me in any kind of doctors office) he listens to every concern and answers every question with a smile. I am Genuinely excited for my next appointment.

Inept office staff. I scheduled my second appointment FIVE MONTHS in advance, in the office with an employee. I was pestered via email, phone call, and text to confirm. The night before my appointment, after I already had confirmed it three times and made arrangements at work, they tell me it's too soon to come in and they need to push me back a few days. This had been scheduled for five months and they tell me the night before that its too soon?! Why didn't this come up the day I scheduled this appointment WITH THEM, IN THEIR OFFICE? I'll be finding a new dental office that knows how to schedule appts, and that respects the time of their patients.

Run, don't walk away from this horrible place. I was referred to the endodontist from my dentist (thank goodness I never have to go back to this place, but it was the only endodontist that took my insurance). First I went in to set up as a new patient. They couldn't make an appointment for me because my dentist didn't use their referral form. So I went back to my dentist and got them to write the exact same thing and fax it back to Aspen on their form. They called a few days later to set up the appointment BASED ON THE REFERRAL they received. They also made me pre-pay for my procedure, which I thought was suspicious. I show up for my appointment and the endodontist is running an hour behind. When someone finally comes to take me back they ask for my dentist referral. How did they know which procedure to schedule and charge me for? What were they planning to do? That terrified me, so I cancelled my appointment and demanded a refund. I'm sure I will have to call back because they won't process my refund, but it's better than catastrophic unnecessary procedures! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I’m so please with my experience at aspen! The entire staff was so friendly and thorough. The hygienist and doctor meckelberg took the time to really explain things to me. The office manager was so sweet and compassionate during my consult with her.
