Everyone was wonderful!! Friendly, professional and the rooms were very clean. I was taken in very fast. Not a long wait time which was wonderful because of how sick and in pain I was due to multiple teeth that were infected. I felt that they were genuinely concerned. I was given all options by the doctor and staff..Very upfront!! We all like to be given the facts and told the truths of the issues that need to be addressed. I’m so happy that I was referred to this dental office and will continue my care with them. Thank you to all the staff!!

Think twice before coming here. First off it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone there. After trying to call 4 times to get help on a question I had about paperwork and not getting an answer… I gave up. Once I finally got an appointment scheduled, I did not have a good experience at all. I have never had an x-ray hurt so much and I did not like how the x-ray technician talked to me. Very rude. Then there was an issue with insurance but I was told my first cleaning would be free regardless. Well after being there for an hour and a half waiting to get my teeth cleaned I was told never mind we are not going to do the free cleaning. I was told it was an insurance issue but I called my insurance and the cleaning should have been free. So I walked out of there without even getting my teeth cleaned. Missed a day of school for nothing. I also know two other people personally who have had issues at this place. They like to throw surprise expenses at you. Needless to say I will not be back and I am finding another dentist.

This was my first time in this dental office and when I first arrived to get a simple dental exam I was done within an hour of my arrival which was great. My experience was very positive and everybody I encountered were very professional and kind, but a problem arose after I met with the office manager and decided to have a cleaning scheduled that same day. I assume that because it was so busy and she had a lot going on that she forgot to put me into the system for that appointment. She had told me that it would be another hour which is fine with me because I'm not an impatient person and I didn't have anywhere else I had to be that day. I pay for my dental exam and cleaning beforehand and she tells me to just go back in the waiting room and I will be called as soon as a chair opens up. I wasn't told to do anything else. I end up waiting for 3 hours before I go back! I go to my car for a little bit and come back in and then I sit in the chair. After a couple of hours pass, I'm noticing that I'm still not being called and I tell myself when it gets to a certain time I will check with the receptionist, but I figure it's busy so I don't go right away to ask how long it's going take. I'm also the type of person that doesn't like a whole lot of attention being drawn to me especially since I'm a young person that is on oxygen and am up for a lung transplant. When I immediately walk into any place, I know that I'm going to receive stares from people. I try to ignore that as much as possible and remain positive about my situation which is another reason why I didn't get up to check on the time. After about 2 hours and 45 minutes after I'm sitting in the chair, the receptionist notices me and calls out to me in front of a full waiting room anyway and asks me if I signed in and I explain to her that I wasn't told to sign in again, that my cleaning was scheduled the same day after receiving my dental exam earlier that morning. She then asks me if I was the lady who did the x-rays and I said yes. I'm very hard to forget since I have purple braids in a bun and I'm on oxygen, but apparently that's what happened and she tells me that she's going to remind them about my cleaning. So at this point I am a little irritated because I literally have been waiting since a little before 9:00 that morning and I finally get called back a little after 12:00 for a cleaning that was supposed to have occurred around 10:00. I also ended up being charged twice for the procedure and I only noticed after it was charged the second time, not to add insult to injury. I give Aspen Dental a 4 out of 5 star rating because other than that simple mistake I was treated with respect and decency from everyone there and that is hard to come by at any place now a days. I don't hold what happened against them because it was a simple mistake but it was the reason why I didn't give them a 5 star rating which is what I wanted to do, but it shows that we are all truly human and nobody is perfect and things happen so with a rating of 4 stars I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone. I have received better care and treatment at this office more than at any others. I will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my experience here. I called the day before and was able to get one of the last appts. I came in at my scheduled time and waited no more than 10min. I was able to get everything done that I needed today and everyone I came in contact with was great. Great customer service. Definitely would recommend. Thank you all :)

Was looking for a good dentist to go to during the pandemic and found this gem! I had a bad toothache and everyone was booked for months 😩. My nerve was exposed due to a hole in my tooth. The pain at times was unbearable. Aspen was the only dentist office who offered to add me to the cancellation list and booked me for an appointment less than 24 hours later. They kept their word and the service I received was outstanding. ALL of the staff was kind from the start of my appointment to the end. From the receptionist, dentist, all the way up to the office manager, and others I encountered during my visit. When you’re in pain, a little kindness and a warm atmosphere goes a long way. I was able to get my x-rays, cleaning, and my tooth pulled (the better option) all in the same day!

They never answer the phone instead they send you to voicemail but it's always full. They did directly address my focal concern but put more emphasis on other problems I needed fixed right away. I came back for general cleaning and was told despite our great insurance that it would be several hundreds of dollars because I needed an extreme deep particular cleaning. That might have been true but I think that the general cleaning world add same layer of protection until I could pay for the intense cleaning.

Don't waste your time with this dental office they are rude and predatory. My wife had a tooth pulled, they said she would need a spacer so the other teeth don't move. She agreed to the device, she said they made it sound that bad things would happen to her mouth if she didn't have it. The price was $3000.00 and they said she could finance it. She could not use the device because it hurt. Call the office and she said there was nothing they could do, could not return it but still had to pay for it. Telling the finance company the problem, they said there was nothing they could do but gave me several options on payments. Stay as far as you can from this dentist.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. I was able to get a review of all of my dental needs, and get a review the cost. Everyone was very friendly, professional. I am satisfied and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a very thorough exam done by professional and very kind staff! Everyone was compassionate and honest with me from the beginning of the visit until the end. I had a very bad toothache and was able to get in to see them only 2 days after I called. All other dentist offices I called were averaging 2 weeks PLUS 100% of the price up front. Who has $1900 dollars around to take care of a broken tooth?!? Plus 2 weeks even for an EMERGENCY?!? I am so glad for Aspen and I will continue to go there for the rest of my dental needs.

Tried Aspen Dental out last year because I was in need of finding a dental office close to where I lived at the time, and because a relative of mine had been there for some dental work and seemed to have had a great experience. Well once I got there they did the initial X-rays, and letting me know what all they could tell just by looking at my teeth. They’d said that I had periodontal (gum) disease and that I would have to have a deep cleaning for the next visit. This was very surprising because all my life I had gotten my teeth cleaned at another dental office and never had they said anything of that nature. I was concerned so I immediately listened and paid the fees necessary based off what they said so I can return to get my cleaning. Once I returned they mentioned I’d have to pay more money due to the services and the what all the hygienist provided for me to use to treat what they said I had. I really wish I would’ve known beforehand about everything because my insurance stated that they do not cover deep cleanings, and good thing I over-paid because that actually covered what all they did not cover. They actually ended up putting a credit on my account due to so much over payment. Now that I’ve read the other comments/reviews I can see that they get people like this all the time. I’ve now transferred to another different office and they have not said one word about me having periodontal disease. Now, they’re giving me a hard time about getting my x-rays because they see that I would rather go elsewhere. So beware those of you who are looking to try them out. Make sure you ask questions and that you’re not overpaying for services! Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to them.
