Appointment was at 5:30 pm, filled out all my new patient forms online ahead of time to not waste time once there and showed up at 4:55 pm. They called me in until 6. I kept reminding the receptionist my appointment was at 5:30 not 6. I've never had such a painful oral exam before!! The staff was very nice though and answered all my question, but waited too long.

I just walked into Aspen Dental with no appointment and was seen. The staff and Dental doctor were extremely nice and caring.
This dental company do things differently than any place that I have ever been.
I am an very old senior and will never go to another Dental office again . ASPEN DENTAL IS NOW THE ONLY PLACE I WILL GO FOR MY DENTAL NEEDS!!!!

This was the most pleasant dental experience I've had in a long time. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Ligeon is so nice and is really good at keeping you at ease and answering all of your questions (even if you ask dumb ones like I do, lol) and she seemed very adept at her job. My tooth feels great now, and it looks like there was never a cavity there to begin with. Good as new! The nurses were all very nice and had a pleasant sense of humor that helped me to relax. All-in-all, very nice. Definitely will recommend.

I do not recommend this dental practice. I had 2 separate morning appointments cancelled without any notice. Arrived at the clinic, waited 30 mins outside along with 2 other patients, only to finally have someone answer the door and tell us that all of our appointments were cancelled. They "tried to call everyone" but obviously failed due to the fact that 3 patients showed up for their cancelled appointments. You are made to pay the fee for your dental work in order to schedule the appointment (to ensure that you show up!) yet, the dentist is not held accountable for serving you and will not issue refunds for cancelled appointments. In my experience, the costs of the dental work are not very clear. I've shown up for appointments I've already paid for, but then am told I owe more money. Ridiculous!

I experience that was so disappointed of them my appointment was 11:00am and got there 10:55am so I got there the front desk clerk had no clue what to do are couldn’t find my name so I waited hour and five minutes for them to say I had to reschedule another appointment for what I wanted done like a xRay because they said it would take longer. This my first time I ever heard that a dentist office do that have to wait for something they don’t no what to do but it’s ok look up other dentists before you pick Aspen please ☹️

My initial appointment on 1010/12/2016 was at 10:45a.m. and I checked in on time, I was not called back until 11:50a.m. After being called back they stated that I was there for a periodic exam, (Which I was not). I informed them that I needed to get a filling in #28 tooth which should have been done a few months ago, but due to my anxieties about dentist, I procrastinated on returning. They said oh, we had you for something else but we will call Dr. Graves in and he will let you know what we can do. I informed them that waiting an hour already was not acceptable and doing nothing, would cause me to be upset. At no time did anyone let me know that they were running behind and the wait time would be longer. I took off of work to come in at the scheduled time.

Dr. Graves comes in and assesses the tooth, and states that he recommends a root canal and a crown. This would cost more than $2000.00. Being that I did not have this money, i opted for an extraction.. He stated that he could do it later that day, and also rebuild the filling that fell out of a tooth repaired earlier in the year.
I was scheduled for 2:45 pm. for the extraction., due to anxieties about the dentist because of bad experiences, i have had traumatic experiences, so explaining this experience you will understand. I sat in chair and mentioned to the Dr. that I need extra numbing medicine and that i was very nervous. Dr. Graves did a good job with trying to keep my anxieties down. He tried to extract tooth and he could not grasp it. The tugging and pulling and the drill may my anxieties peak and I was terrified. End result, he could not get the entire tooth because it kept breaking off. He said I had to go to the oral surgeon to get the remaining piece. As of today's date, i am still shocked , not because Dr. Graves, was not good, but because, I went in to have a painful tooth removed and parts of it is still in my head.

Just left there. I had a HORRIBLE experience. I was referred by my regular dentist in the network for root canal. Called prior and was told to come in fill out paperwork so that I can be scheduled by tomorrow. When I got there was told something different. Was told that I could not see the endodontist because my dentist would not sign the referral???? Really, you are in my network. Then they quote me additional charges for other than the procedure I was referred for. Yet, on the door you are offering free exams for new patients otherwise???? Big disappointment.

If I could rate it honestly I would give a NEGATIVE TEN . I Waited all day to get a tooth pulled and then was told that they couldn’t service me , came in at 7 am told to come back at 1:30 thinking I would get, at least, checked out but they have no consideration for your time nor your needs as a patient . Worst place ever please don’t waste your time by coming here.
