You would think that getting your tooth pulled at McDonalds is not a good idea.
But when i spoke to the Receptionist the first
impression was like a homemade burger.
Being in pain & discomfort she assured me
that they could see me in one day and the
extraction would be possible in a short time.
The day of the appointment i walked in and was
quickly prepared for an x ray and following
a brief meeting with the dentist.
The Dentist, Ms Laurence Sitchon is
blessed with Angel hands. The office
Manager, Brian, also very professional
and quick in processing paperwork
to wrap the quarter pounder.
Luckily they don't put onions in my mouth.🤣
I could not talk or eat put the stress was lifted
of any set backs on my future work weeks.

I am so very glad to have chosen Aspen Dental! What initially inspired me to call was the positive reviews that I had already read online. When I called to inquire about their services, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and the courtesy extended over the telephone. I went in the next day for the free exam, x-rays and consultation, because I had an emergency situation happening in my mouth. From the time that I walked through the door until I departed, I experienced nothing less than quality service. My next appointment is in less than a week. What I like about this practice is that they use state-of-the-art equipment, a lab in on site and they assist you with affordable payment options. They literally help walk you through the process, whether you are insured or not, to get you the services that you need for better dental health at a cost that can be affordable to the average family. What most people don't realize, including myself, is just how important maintaining good oral health is vital to your physical health and wellbeing, from your arteries, heart, joints, etc. I hope this review helps someone decide to use this practice. The office staff, technicians, hygienists and doctors will not disappoint but deliver a great experience for you!!!

It's hard to get a hold of someone on the phone. Long hold times. However, Holly at the front desk is super nice. She got me in really quick when my temporary crown popped off. Dr. K is awesome. All of the staff is very nice and very thorough.

Awful! This place does not value you as a patient. I arrived 15 min early, got checked in almost 10 minutes after my appointment time, an hour after that I was still waiting to be seen. I had to leave and go back to work because who expects a cleaning and exam to take all day? I’m sure I’ll have to waste even more time disputing a fraudulent bill because according to the lady, I didn’t need to check out.

I have not had a good experience with Aspen Dental. I was having pain from two lower impacted wisdom teeth and I went to them for an exam/X-rays and to have my teeth removed. I was told I had bad gingivitis and that I needed to pay for a cleaning. The receptionist told me that this was more important than the pain from my wisdom teeth and wouldn’t let it go. I eventually caved and decided to do the cleaning because at least I could get it all fixed up and there wouldn’t be any problems. I do the cleaning and it’s fine. I come in for my wisdom teeth removal surgery at 1:30p on 1/13, having been unable to have anything to eat since 8:00p the night before and the same receptionist tells me how good her lunch was. Okay, whatever. I have the surgery done, but the bleeding lasts a few more days than recommended, so I call Aspen. I get sent to the call center where I’m told a doctor would call. I never hear from anyone. I decide to switch dentists and see one closer in proximity to me. I call to have my records and X-rays sent over. I’m told I need to sign a consent form and they will mail the records in 7-10 business days. They won’t email them, I can’t go up there and get them. Two weeks later my dentist doesn’t have the records. I call again, they said they would tell their office manager. Called again one week later, and I’m left on hold for fifteen minutes and no one picks up. So now I have to pay to have new X-rays taken, even though I just had them done in December. I do not recommend Aspen Dental. They’re very pushy, and then don’t care about you after that gingivitis cleaning.

I have not had an issue before today. I had to interact with a woman I had never seen at the office before. I guess she's a new woman in charge of billing. When I came in for my appointment I was told I had to pay $108.50 or they wouldn't give me my partial. I said I didn't have that amount and that I was told I had already paid my portion and any thing the insurance company wouldn't cover later I would be billed for. The woman then became rude and decided that treating me like a child was a good idea. She said it's like if you go buy groceries and you tell the store you don't have enough to cover the bill. They wouldn't give you the groceries. I pulled up my bank account to prove they had deducted the exact amount weeks ago. The woman did not look at me or speak to me after that and just whispered something to her coworker about needing to figure out where my payment went. I'd love to know where my money went as well. She then told her coworker to just give me my partial. Neither one of them spoke to or looked at me after that. They were completely rude. Plus, I received a bill today from them saying that I owe a large sum of money for previous treatments even though I have two (2) forms of insurance. This place is a scam and has decided to employ very rude and hurtful people in the place of who worked there before. I only gave two stars because the woman who fitted my partial was very nice.

The only thing wrong was like all places now could use a little more help. The entire staff was very nice they made sure I was ok the whole time I was there. They explained everything to me as different things took place. I have another appointment on the 19th. But a dentist appointment is a dentist appointment.😟

First time at this Dentist office this past Thursday and it was great. The staff was friendly and inviting, personable, and a joy to be around! They were still professional and very knowledgeable about what I came in about and we were able to enjoy some laughs together! Definitely keeping them as my go to dentist!

Over all visit was good, building could have used a good Cleaning and upkeep. I don't like the fact that they want give you a regular cleaning at a much affordable cost currently, if they say you need a 1200.00 deep clean. Alot of people can't afford that including myself. Which is going to make me seek other dentist since I can not afford the deep cleaning. Seems to me they'd still give the regular clean instead of losing money and patients.

Get a second opinion they told me I had to have all my teeth pulled and needed dentures.
At the cost is eleven thousand dollars. I went to a second dentist and I need 2;teeth pulled and do not need dentures. So if you want to waste your money on nothing then go a head. I don't do business with crooks.
