I was a little nervous at first but laughing and talking with the young lady’s that did the X-ray she made me comfortable I was able to relaxed. Also the one who scheduled my appointment and the amounts it’s costs she made my day. The lady’s dentist she was awesome.

Aspen Dental was AMAZING!! There were majority women that were all so patient and nurturing towards me. They worked with me and did whatever they could to get my work done, same-day, so that I can smile comfortably and confidently. Dr.Kutrolli/Sitchon removing the root of my tooth with NO PAIN is awesome!! Those lovely ladies made me feel so comfortable throughout the process and it only took about 5 minutes to remove, if even. Even though they didn’t take my insurance, the experience was definitely worth paying out of pocket. Thanks again ladies! & a special thank you to Nicki!! I must come back!!!

Dr. K and Randi are amazing!!! As a matter of fact so was everyone at the clinic!! Everything was explained in great detail before, during, and after my visit that it helped to put me at ease and I wasn't as nervous and scared as I thought I would.be.

Every one at Aspen worked very hard to make sure my dental plan entailed the care l need for keeping my teeth healthy.

I went here because I was in desperate need of a tooth extraction. I walked in early in the morning and didn't expect to be seen so quickly, however, I was seen fairly quickly for not having an appointment and the people here were very professional and exceptionally nice. My tooth extraction was painless and it didn't take very long and I'm very happy with my experience.

I needed their service. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I found each individual to be experienced professionals in their job, who served with patience and kindness. Each step in the process/procedures were explained. Alternative suggestions given for treatment, in accocdings to your budget. I am pleased with the service thus far. Presently, ongoing treatment.

All I can say is the whole staff from the receptionist to the Office Manager are all kind,considerate and very helpful. Randi their hygienist is great!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My wife and I scheduled new patient appointments back to back. We are new to the area and have been having trouble getting into a dentist that takes our insurance since the whole COVID thing started. Wife went first and was super excited because all the office staff seemed so nice. After her exam they decided she had developed pretty severe gingivitis, which is news to us since she just had an exam 6 months ago and was in perfect t dental health. Miraculously Aspen dental has a procedure that could correct her issue called a pressure cleaning or something of the sorts. Only problem was this procedure isn’t covered by our insurance and cost around $300. She politely declined to having that done and just requested to have a regular cleaning done. At this time we were informed that they absolutely would not do just a plain old cleaning without us paying the $300 for the non covered procedure. So, we left. Quickly. I immediately contacted our insurance provider and they informed me that they have have similar complaints from other service members about the company. A grievance has been filed. Sorry the office staff there had to deal with disgruntled customers due to corporate policies they can’t control. But stop trying to make people pay out of pocket for what insurance providers consider elective procedures just to try and make a buck.

I recently made and appointment with Aspen Dental for Feb 2021 because of how booked they were. I understand that during these times it will be hard to get health care appointments whether it being dental or general health. The issue I had with Aspen was that they could not tell me a general price for a regular cleaning. I do not have dental insurance and need to know how much I am going to spend. Most practices have different prices for different cleanings. When I asked for a range of prices for the average cleaning I was put on hold for a few minutes and then I was told that the price would only be determined by my initial examination and that cleanings could get up to $2000. After hearing that I cancelled my appointment and the receptionist then with an attitude said "okay bye" and hung up while I was talking. I know that not everyone is going to have a similar experience with them but I thought that it was very unprofessional of them.
I do not leave reviews very often. I only want to leave this review here to make them better.

Extremely poor customer experience. Called for a cleaning, after an hour of x-rays and paper work I had to endure personal questions by the physician,(where you from, how long have you been here, issues with pronunciation of my name) nothing related to why I went there for. To add to injury I was told Aspen Dental could not do a cleaning unless I agree to do a higher cost procedure. A $1,500.00 additional cost procedure.
