Hours posted on website and thru corporate site open 7AM, WRONG, they open at 8AM.
Emergency walk-in is only if they have an appointment canceled! They don’t try to “work you in”. I’ll put up with the pain before I ever use Aspen dental.

I had a wonderful experience with Aspen Dental. They make going to the dentist affordable, especially if you don't have dental insurance. Professional people who know what they're doing and will allow you to set up a good payment plan for your convenience. Highly recommend...

The actual doctors are awesome. The front desk is another story. They suck at customer service. They don't even answer the phone.. They just put you on hold.. Then when it rings back they pick up and put you back on hold.. Without one word. This can happen multiple times. They need help. If I wasn't already invested in my dental work here.. I would find another dentist.. Just because of the lousy front desk personal that this location has. They really need to find better employees to represent the face of the company. I have currently have been on hold for 13:14 and have been replaced on hold without any greeting from a live person 4 times!! None of them are ever on the same page. They never have their prices aligned and I swear I have paid the $50 deductible like 3 times.. Cause they keep saying I didn't pay it. This is over the course of 7 months.

I was overcharged and given unnecessary treatments. A “goody bag” was given to me, only to find out I was charged $65 for it. Used car salesmen aren’t this deceiving. The dental hygienist charged me $130 for a toothbrush I NEVER agreed to purchase. No one could clearly explain to me all of my charges. I had an emergency and this office exploited my situation. Just a HORRIBLE, AWFUL, and NIGHTMARE experience. This office should be shut down. All of this is sad because the dentist was really good, but it was very apparent everyone in the office was trying to get paid.

I was in pain, and they were able to see me that day.
Kudos to the staff the were great. They explain all the procedures in advance, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Had fillings, a cleaning, and 3 wisdom teeth extractions.
First thing was gingivitis cleaning. It’s a quick procedure and I really enjoyed the person who did the procedure.
For the the fillings, I think they did those well but I had doubts when it hindered my flossing and that I had to go back in on the same day because I noticed it was sharp, probably due to how I couldn’t open my mouth that wide.
Finally, I had 3 wisdom teeth extractions. This can only be done once a month, or at least this is how far apart the appointment times explained to me were. I had an appointment last month that was canceled because I ate before the procedure. I was not properly notified of not to eat beforehand. This is my first surgery, so I truly didn’t know and ate because I thought it would be best not to be starving since you can’t eat whole food for days afterwards. I was upset when I found out I had to delay the procedure and I let the doctor and staff know I was not aware- in a genuine way of simply letting them know. But, for some reason, someone on their staff made it a point to repeatedly state that they told me. This made me upset even more because had I been notified, I would not have ate and it made me feel like they thought I was lying or as if they were trying to save face for their boss. Also, I know it is an easy question to Google, but I truly was not notified and was really upset by the one staff member that wouldn’t stop repeating that they told me. I have a good memory and the conversation with that specific staff member revolved around trying to get me to do a payment plan- which I repeatedly refused- and scheduling the services I would have. This same staff member signed me up for the financing option when I paid in full. And I did not know until I got a letter stating I opened up a credit account??? That would have messed up my credit. I wouldn’t eat before a wisdom teeth extraction if I knew eating before would delay the appointment by a month. That does not make sense as took off work for this too. Regardless, I had already paid for the procedure so I had to wait another month for an appointment.

A month later, I was actually given a call yesterday afternoon, they fully notified me of what to avoid before the appointment. I was introduced to the main dentist as he stated his name, after that I was just told to sit in the chair and they started putting things on me, and I didn’t realize when they stuck my arm that it was the anesthesia. They could see I was visibly nervous and I wanted them to slow down a bit to calm my nerves. I did not like the introduction and felt there could have been more effort on their part to build some rapport with their client. Again, I attempted to ask questions but by the time I got to my fifth question, I think I was knocked out. I woke up with gauzes in my mouth and a wheelchair in front of me as they placed me in there, even while I attempted to ask questions again.
I would say, the number one thing this office should work on is patience with the client. They rush into procedures without fully and verbally stating what is going on. Yes, they provided documents for what the wisdom teeth extraction would entail for after the procedure, but I was rushed into the anesthesia. I tried to ask questions of what was going on, but I woke up delirious and in the middle of the next question I had before I was put to sleep. I was also upset at the fact that I wanted to keep my wisdom teeth, but was rushed out in a wheelchair and told I won’t be getting them. I had my driver leave a voicemail on the way home in case they still had my extracted wisdom teeth in the operating room. I wanted them as a keep sake for what I went through with them.
I have to give this location a 3/5 because they are not too expensive (I have MetLife dental insurance), and I really would like them to work on explaining things even if they are actively working on clients teeth or at least answer all questions clients may have before putting them under/ rushing into the process.

I'm incredibly impressed with Aspen Dental. The Doctors and the entire staff are professional and compassionate. I went through quite an ordeal in preparation for dentures and they made it as painless as I have experienced at any dental office. I have no doubt that I made the best decision going to Aspen and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of friendly, attentive service.

Very thorough in the initial exam, was told things I have not heard before from other dentists. I didn't appreciate having to reschedule the cleaning for another date though after booking it initially. Staff was very friendly, Connor was great. The prices for some extra work seemed a bit high, want to investigate prices elsewhere before any major work is done or scheduled.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The dentists and her assistant worked real well with me, despite the fact the tooth seemed hard to remove requiring a second attempt. I would like to work with the same team for my future needs.
