Being first time visitors, we were surprised at the friendliness of all those we came in contact with. Very accommodating . During the checkup, the dentist explained every detail concerning each tooth that needed attention.
They were extremely busy, but no one we came in contact with let the overload of patients affect their mood. We were there a considerable time, but we didn't mind at all. We were apologized too over and over again for the wait. That's customer service.

I feeel that the staff is well educated in the field of dentistry! They explain everything they find and what blew my mind was the digital imaging of my teeth. I really want to get the work they recommended done! I can't wait to see what my mouth looks like!

Literally the worst. I sent a appointment a week ago OVER THE PHONE and confirmed it. I get to my appointment today and the receptionist claims there never was one and I’m a walk in. I know that’s pure bs. SAT THERE SINCE 7am and walked out at 10:15 still UNSEEN AND UNSATISFIED. Bet y’all won’t get my hard earned money. Waste of my freaking time. Don’t say y’all accepting walk ins if y’all ain’t gone see nobody within a resasonable time frame!!!

They are annoying and inconsiderate of your time. I called to schedule an appointment because I cracked my tooth and was in excruciating pain. I told them that I have a certain type of insurance and she scheduled the appointment for the very next time. I came to my appointment and then the receptionist tells me that they do not take that insurance. However, I just spoke to one of your representatives YESTERDAY and she told me otherwise. I walked out there very upset and frustrated. Very unprofessional !!! The receptionist was very forgiving though and assured me they would indeed see me. However I did not see the point in starting services if I wasn't going to stay.

Word of advice: MAKE SURE THEY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE YOU GO UP THERE. ASK TWICE BECAUSE CLEARLY THEIR RECEPTIONISTS ARENT ALL COMPETENT. :)

It took me so long to give this feedback but I have to. From the receptionist to the dentist room, to long waiting time, to payment online, etc The service here is horrible!!!! My experiences are crazy! Extremely non-professional service offered here. Initially I thought to give them a chance but I was wrong! Sorry to say the whole clinic practice needs a total overhaul. I regret ever choosing to go there but now I'm done!

My first experience with Aspen was in Orlando. I had several appointments to fix multiple problems. Their personnel was warm and inviting each time. The wait is not long and the dentists were extremely welcoming and considerate.
My second experience with Aspen was in Tallahassee. I needed an extraction. I was able to get an appointment quickly.My records were in the system and I received the same treatment as the Orlando office.
I highly recommend Aspen.

Get to my appointment to only be told it got cancelled 😑, they claim they tried to call me the day before but I never received any phone calls from them I know because I have there number saved to my phone so unless they called me from a random number and didn't leave a message I didn't receive any call.

I am not mad that the hygienist had something come up, stuff happens but I don't even think they put much effort in trying to contact me, I rode the bus to this appointment and got soaked in the rain so all in all a bad day.

You guys need to be more mindful about your patients and respect their time, if a appointment has to be cancelled due to no fault of the patient then you guys need to put more effort in to contact people, some people like me ride the bus, some people pay someone for a ride, others probably use Uber or Lyft, I can't imagine how mad I would be to have to pay someone for a ride or take a Uber to only find out my appointment is cancelled.

I actually was considering doing just that to avoid the rain but thank God I didn't.

Horrible experience. I went in with hopes of getting a painful tooth extracted. For my initial exam they gave me a treatment plan which included the option of having the tooth extracted. I left that day and later in the week called to schedule an appointment for the extraction but was told I had to "come in" and schedule the appointment due to using credit for the procedure and on top of that I was told by the office manager I HAD to all get fillings on 3 other teeth due to the doctor say "she doesn't want to have to numb the area multiple times". Mind you the extraction was $296 which I had no problem paying but with the 3 filings I had to get my total was upwards of $1500!! Now at this point, I'm in pain but I said I'll come in and pay the $1500 so I could get this experience over with. I came in on my lunch break from work thinking it would be quick...I was at their office for almost an hour! To beat that, when I came the receptionist said I could schedule the extraction alone!!! I had to get the credit card authorized for me since the card was under my dad's name but it literally took and hour for them to do all of that. Then finally they scheduled me. Mind you I was STILL IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN!!! I could tell the office manager was strictly out for money. Honestly the most demeaning service I’ve ever received from any facility.

Everyone was super attentive and friendly. They took time and explained every thing to me and made sure I was comfortable and understood. I loved it there and I’m terrified to go to the dentist. I’ll be going back for all my dental needs.
