Awesome experience. Knowledgeable staff and smoking faces. I will keep going back. Very gentle and understand staff.

Update & Clarification: In fairness, this office was one dentist short and works very hard. With a better method of getting established patients in quickly for urgent needs, I would definitely give it 5 stars. They are a well run, competent office. The good news is they should be getting another dentist in the office. That should help. 🤞

Excellent staff and dentist. This would be a much higher rating, but there is a long wait for appointments even for an existing patient who has a serious dental problem come up. Waiting a month to evaluate, is not acceptable. You can walk-in and sit in the office and see if there is a cancelation or no-show, but you have to stay there and potentially won't be seen even so. 😢 Hopefully they will change how they manage their appointment scheduling as existing patients should be able to be seen right away for urgent needs.

Got another bill in the mail, each time I ask them is my balance ZERO, they keep saying yes. I called my insurance company , there is a balance pending because they haven't sent in the correct paper work for the cleaning and extract. Each and every time I get a you have a ZERO balance, I get a bill in the mail, It is not my job for you to send in the needed paperwork to my insurance company. I have read so many reviews on how people are being billed way too much and over billed and surprised billing , how can they still being able to operate. Why are there no class action law suits?????? I sent my husband up there twice to pay my surprised bill, the first time the CC machine wasn't working, the 2ns time Brian the Office Manager isn't available. I'm not goin got pay for something with out an explanation why another bill. You people really need to be up front with the clients and stop sending us a WHOOPS bill.

Went here for wisdom teeth extraction a couple years ago. It went well and they were incredibly helpful and thorough.

I'm writing this review because I paid off the surgery at the time, they would not have operated if I hadn't. So it was surprising to see a collections debt on my credit report from them years later...I disputed the charge and it was dropped easily but this is something to keep in mind if you become a patient with them because my credit did take a small hit at the time.

This place is amazing. They’re so nice and understanding. I’ve gone into them for three emergencies and they’ve seen me and helped all three times. Extracted my painful teeth and kept in touch after I was done. I recommend them for sure. If you’re going for a walk in I suggest going when they open at 7:30. You get seen quicker. The staff is wonderful. I really appreciate the atmosphere when I go in. I’m so incredibly grateful to them.

I chose Aspen Dental because I had seen their advertisement on how they could improve your smile and I wanted that for myself. I made an appointment and went in. Jennifer was first person I met, I told her how my last office visit with another dentist didn't go well. Jennifer made me feel welcome.
Then I met Dr. K, omg, pleasant, she explained what she going to do, and she did it with ease. Dr. K took her time explaining to me as she went along, which made my decision to come to Aspen Dental the right one. Then comes Nurse Randy, smiling. Again, she explained what she was going to do, and she did the dang thang!!! By now I knew I had my dental team, Dr. K, Jennifer and Nurse Randy because I knew I was in good hands. To top these three off comes Holly with my paperwork, very knowledgeable, smiling, warm hearted. Holly got me scheduled for my upcoming appointments. I'm ready to my teeth fixed, show everyone my big smile. Guys go to Aspen Dental on Magnolia; you won't regret it.

I recently chipped my wisdom tooth and needed an extraction. Aspen Dental was the best decision I ever made. The staff was super professional, kind and caring!! The office manager Brian is the best! All my family and my dental needs will be handled by Aspen Dental only!! Plus the prices are affordable! I had such a pleasant experience and a painless tooth extraction. Thank you to the Staff, Doctors and office manager!!

One of my wisdom teeth was cracked and I was in excruciating pain with a swollen jaw. I was able to walk in and receive an appointment within 24 hours. Everyone I came in contact with during my appointment was so helpful and accommodating, from the receptionist to the office manager. It was truly a pleasant experience and I felt better before I even picked up my medicine from CVS. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely will be back for my dentistry needs.

I have been using Aspen Dental since 2014. They have great staff, over all. They absolute best person there is Jennifer Gardner! She is fun, patient, hard work and an overall pleasure. She makes going to the dentist a very nice experience. Aspen Dental Tallahassee, you are blessed to have Jennifer working for you.

Worst place ever front desk is rude save yourself time and money go else where. Paid them for service and then. They tried to charge me more after we had agreed on the amounts and signed paperwork. So I canceled the services and they ended up charging me out of the money I paid $1932 for X-rays and teeth cleaning. I had to wait three weeks for my refund and 6 months later I get a bill for $168 dollars saying I owe. So I go there and ask to speak to the office manager because the front desk can’t explain why I owe this charge and they say the office manager isn’t there I ask when they should be there was told
They didn’t know have called multiple times and ask for them and in Friday I get a call saying they are going to turn it to collections but they still can’t explain what the charge is for. DONT GO THERE GO ELSE WHERE!!!!!! OH YEA ASPEN DENTAL SEE YOU IN COURT!! Just hired attorney no you can pay me the reimbursement and harassment.
