My experience at Aspen Dental was exceptional. Great services! I can SMILE now with confidence thanks to Aspen Dental😀

First time visit, I got a good vibe overall, but I've never had xrays hurt so much. Very uncomfortable. I don't like the way I was talked to by the xray tech, but everyone else including Sara, and Dr. S had a winning attitude even though it was right around quitting time. I have a few more visits planned really soon and we'll see how they go.
Update, second visit will be last. The front desk clerk was not the issue but she didn't help herself by finding out from someone in charge. I wasted time going back to this place giving them a second try, when my first impression sucked. I prepaid for my service the first time I was there and the office manger explained the break down of what I would pay for each subsequent visit. Well I go in to get my teeth cleaned and whoa I've got to pay more money. Now he gave me the print out of my treatment and the days and how much to pay when. I had to pay on or by today for my treatment. It clearly says on the paper for those who can read pay the amount she was asking for today on or by June 29th. Today is June 24th. She told me that he must have broken it up for me and the rest was due today. If I was prepaying, then I would have paid it all when I prepaid. Not break it up over a 2 day period. That's genius thinking there. But instead of getting someone with ability to read what she also printed out, she doubled down and pull the second clerk in on it. It's not about the money, because I would have said no from the jump or asked for special financing if my plan was too much, it's about principle and doing what's right. What if I had been someone else who doesn't have the ability to pay the addition and you surprised them with a new charge, what would I have done. I won't be returning to this establishment with a personal apology from everyone there.

I really do not have the words to express the truth of how I was treated by the kind folks at Aspen Dental. Kind, understanding, listening. pleasant. patient, very helpful, willing to help in any way they can. If you want a truly great team that really cares about YOU, this is the place for you.

From the moment I walked in, all staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. The facilities were exceptional and I was so pleased with the care provided. My questions were answered and I did not feel rushed. I am a new patient at Aspen and can confidently say I wish I would have switched a long time ago!

The wait wasn't long. The Dental Assistant was very knowledgeable. The doctor was super pleasant and made me feel comfortable as she walked me through the treatment plan. The hygienist was really efficient as well. Most of all I didn't feel pressured to pay for treatment that I didn't need!

Going to the dentist is the worst possible thing I can imagine. I am pleased to say this was the best experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly, they were understanding, and most importantly, gentle. I didn't feel any pain during my visit. I would highly recommend Aspen dental to anyone!

Hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to. They were straight-forward and incredibly friendly in a way that made me feel confident in being able to save and repair my just awful teeth situation. Would highly recommend this office. Thanks Aspen!

The staff there were very friendly, starting with front office staff to the Hygients, to the Doctor. They took their time to explain everything, making sure I understood what was going on. They kept a smile on their face and showed they were really concerned with the patient needs. The office setting was nice and clean. And most of all they displayed precaution, following COVID-19 safety guidelines. Will be referring this office to family and friends. Thanks guy for making my experience great 👍 👌

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!
If you have insurance stay away from this place. I heard so many bad reviews on this place but, I tried it for my self I was in the office from 8:45 am to 11:45 and still wasn’t seen by the dentist. The officer manager didn’t apologize Simone or whatever her name is she was just stomping around. The white ladies in the from were so unprofessional just laughing and talking the whole time. The bad part is I have GREAT dental insurance and will definitely be finding someone else in Tallahassee!
Extremely non-professional service offered here. I regret ever choosing to go there but now I'm done!
I noticed if you have insurance they see you last my appointment was before everyone else who was paying $350 - $1000 SMH !!!!

This is an updated review: After I failed to schedule an appointment despite calling multiple times, they called me from a management branch of Aspen after seeing my review and directly asked the Tallahassee branch to schedule an appointment for me, which I appreciate. I got gum cleaning which went well and the nurse, Jessica, was very attentive and friendly. I'm hoping to be able to schedule another appointment without having someone from NJ call them to do that.
