The staff are courteous, professional and caring! Dr. Good is patient and understanding. She takes the time to talk to you and is genuinely kind. I TRUST her and that says a lot when you’re talking about a dentist! I appreciate all she’s already done so far and know she’ll be my dentist for as long as I’m in Tallahassee.

The call center that schedules the appointment needs to change. I was on the phone with someone for almost 30 minutes scheduling my appointment. I got a confirmation for the date and time. I took off two hours from work and went to the doctors office. The receptionist
told me they don’t have any record of my appointment. She also said that it is very common for them to make mistakes when scheduling. My time like everyone else’s is important so I shouldn’t have to schedule something only for it not to be so. On top of that, there was no supervising head to talk to to make sure this doesn’t happen to me or anyone else. It’s highly unprofessional and they should consider using a different call center company.

EVERY SINGLE PERSON in this office CARES about your dental health! I cannot stress this enough! Paulette, RDH, cleaned my teeth for the first time today, and I've got to say, she is the BEST dental hygienist I have EVER had in my life! She is thorough, proficient, and efficient. She is also a good conversationalist. Becca, Christine, another front office employee (whose name I, sadly, cannot remember), and Eileen, have always been great!!! Each and every time! And as long as I live, I will never have enough good things to say about Dr. Good. If she ever leaves Coast Dental, I will surely follow! I always leave the office in a great frame of mind, with spirits uplifted. Sounds kinda strange for a visit to the dentist, but I promise you it is true. Incidentally, I am in the medical field, and my praise does not come lightly. These folks really are the best!

This dental office is bad business they canceled two appointments for my daughter the day before her appointment when I scheduled to be off work on both days this is the worst dentist office I would never recommend this dentist to anyone if it was the last one on earth now I have to find my daughter a dentist somewhere else she was so looking forward to her appointment because she is feeling depressed about how her teeth looks these ppl have no consideration about the time and things ppl have to go through to take time off work this business needs to be closed permanently 😡

Dr. Commedore, Ahmad, Dr. Paulette were absolutely amazing. Ahmad provided a calm and friendly environment for the beginning process of my visit. I haven’t seen a dentist in years and I was not afraid one moment in his care. Dr.Paulette, is so quick and efficient my gum exam was over before it began and she did not cause any pain or discomfort. Dr. Commedore is the friendliest doctor I have met. She was informative, patient and has a great sense of humor. I will return to this office for all future visits. I recommend this Coast Dental to everyone.

Highly recommended. Dr. Good and her team - every person on the team - a true professionals. They are friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable, regardless of your dental issues. Dr. Good and her team explain everything, and have answered every question I have asked. I ask a lot of questions. They are regular people that treat you like a regular person.
