I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude to Coast Dental and it's amazing staff! About a month ago I came in for my first dental appointment with Coast, after not having seen a dentist in years. To my surprise I was told that I had came just in time as there was a bad gum infection attempting to take over my entire mouth! YUCK! I was immediately scheduled for a full mouth debridement for the following day and Dr. Ramona was the Dentist who performed the procedure! She was so patient with me and talked me through the process the entire time. For the amount of work needed on my mouth, and the time it took to do it, I would say the pay was more than fair! Coast Dental saved my mouth and added years to my life, as I have researched the negative effects that gum disease has on the heart! As Dr. Ramona would say "Health gums, healthy heart"! If you are in need of an outstanding dental office, I highly recomend Coast Dental! Their receptionists are customer service driven and beyond sweet! Shouts out to Millence for getting me booked and taking care of all of my appointment needs! Thank you for everything you've done thus far Coast Dental family, you guys ROCK!!!!!

just want your money. Running everything through your insurance before you can even schedule an appointment that is four to five months out. Called again and they never had me in the books after waiting for another 3 months after the fact I provided them all of my information.

They crowned my two front teeth for no reason. They told me that I had an affection that was spreading and it needed to be crown. I transferred dentist and they told me only one needed to be crowned.

IUpdate: The dentist that told my husband he needed the expensive procedure was wrong. We went and got a second opinion and seems like this doctor WHO NOW BOUGHT ANITHER DENTAL OFFICE IN TALL is all about the bottom line.
Also, right now they don't have a dentist on premises and have been calling over and over trying to get any member of my family.to.come in for cleanings. Ugh....
Original review: Courteous, friendly. They explain everything and detail everything out in writing so there are no hidden surprises....but will have heart attacks at the price. But they want to do way more than is necessary. It's like going to Bloomingdales versus JC Pennies for the same item.
I have dental insurance but its still expensive if the procedure is not a routing prophylactic cleaning. My husband was not happy with the doctor's method of saying he had to have expensive $500 cleaning before anything. I have spoken to several of my coworkers and they have told me how they were refused a teeth cleaning when they too were told the same. If you say it's been longer than 6 months for a teeth cleaning beware of the $$$$$ bill to get a cleaning.
