Run! Run! Run-a-way... and never return! This place is a scam, the staff is courteous but trained to lack transparency and optimize of taking advantage of people who they think do not know anything. I waited two hours for X-rays and a oral cancer screening, but I was there for a cleaning. After waiting and realizing the hygienist was behind the dentist, student resident or what ever he was came back and told me he was going to schedule my cleaning because they hygienist said I did not need a "probe" because I have wires... from there I could not let this go on without saying something. Two dentist have assited me and not one knew I didn't need a "probe" so you waist 30-40 minutes of my time and then try to reschedule me? I walked out! I'm not paying for services I did not receive! I have been to several dentist, all of whom conduct cleanings etc. with exams and your other new patient services... but this one told me that that is not their policy; so why did I NOT KNOW this when I called to schedule an appointment for a teeth cleaning? They are scammers and will try and play in your face.

Twice! that I had an appointment but when I get to the front desk I have been told they don't have me scheduled but I got a text message saying i did.

I called because this office is within my insurance network. I asked if they are accepting new patients and was told that they didn't have any appointment until November...It is June! I asked if she could contact the other office and the women on the phone said they are booked until December with out even checking. I told her it was an oral emergency and she said go to urgent care and get pain relievers. Do not waste your time contacting them.

I will start by saying that I hate dentists…or at least I use to. The staff at Coast Dental are all very nice and friendly. Dr. Pamala Good is the best, great chair side manner so to speak! I have had trouble in the past with dentists not being able to numb me and not seeming to care. I had cracked a crown on a front tooth and was not looking forward to being in pain as I usually am at the dentist. Dr. Good took the time to hear my concerns and was able to put me at ease. She used a variety of things to numb the area she did work on. A little sting and pressure from the shots and no pain during the procedure, perfect! I have found the dentist I will use for life!

So frightened by this place I had to walk out before being seen. As a first time patient, I was already nervous to be seeing a new dentist. Right off the bat I was told they didn't have my appointment on the schedule- even though I had made the appointment over the phone two days prior. I had my paperwork completed in advance, and I came 20 mins early- for nothing. They said my appointment "must have been cancelled because it was not confirmed yesterday." This irked me because, of course, no one had called to confirm my appointment. They'd just cancelled it without contacting me at all.

To make matters worse, as I was sitting in the waiting area, a woman that had been waiting with me earlier came out from the back of the office, clearly distraught. She left the office momentarily and returned to the reception desk, informing them that she had just vomited in the bathroom after having an X-Ray done. Clear as day, she said "I'd never been poked and prodded like that in my life," and questioned how old their equipment is. She ran out on the verge of tears without completing her appointment. THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME! I was so turned off by this place I got up and left. Never again! I'm glad I got out of there before they poked and prodded me too. I'll be warning everyone I know about this place.

Had a great experience. Doctor and staff super friendly and explained everything they were doing. Also have options for what I needed as far as cleanings and was lucky no dental work is needed. 🤗

I have been going to Dr. Good for many years and have always been pleased. All the staff there are great, especially Dr. Good. She really cares about her patients. I would recommend her highly to anyone.
Not only does Dr. Good care about her patients but everyone there does, from the office staff to the dental assistants. Great dentist.

I had a great experience at Coast Dental this week. I have a wisdom tooth that was giving me a lot of trouble. I called EVERY dentist I could find with good reviews on google. Most could not get me in for at least a week or two. Coast Dental got me in the very next morning! I saw Dr. Commedore for my exam. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I got my referral to the oral surgeon and have my wisdom teeth removed next week! I also want to mention that I do not have insurance. I paid cash for everything and it was very reasonable. They offer a discount plan that made my exam and 2 types of x-rays affordable. (Had to get special ones for the surgeon) I will be back in March for my cleaning, and thanks again to Dr. Commedore and really all the staff for making this painful experience so smooth and easy!

The staff is really friendly and helpful. But I was surprised with an $800 bill even with insurance. I can't afford this.

Dr. Good is very thorough and professional. She does everything she can to save your teeth, and she doesn't perform unnecessary procedures. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment for fillings, but they are very accommodating if you need an emergency appointment.
