Dr. Good is a wonderful dentist however her office staff is worse than atrocious. They are rude, harassing with their phone calls and God knows if you call them you are going to hold between 5 minutes and 30 minutes, before you get sick of waiting and hang up on them or lose signal! I wish Dr. Good could start fresh with decent employees!

Everyone was very friendly while maintaining professionalism. They fit me in quickly for my problem and gave me a complete explanation and breakdown. Saw Dr. Commodore who was knowledgeable, polite and professional.

I love this office because I walked in with an emergency and they saw me the same day!! I totally disagree with the negative post about this office! Some people want things for free and I believe paying the cost for the service and the service is great and the cost is not very high!! See y'all soon!šš

They make it so hard to schedule appointments. They will force you to schedule multiple appointments for simple dental work to string out the billing. They will not use codes covered by insurance because they want you to pay more money. They don't do any fillings covered by insurance. They don't do extractions. This place is a scam

This is probably because I'm a new patient but today is the second time I've been called saying the Dentist will be out and they will have to reschedule. I've been waiting 6 months since my original appointment. I will have to find another office to go to.

The only reason to go to Coast Blairstone is the people in that office. Dr. Good has always cared enough to really solve my problems, and when it took a lot of extra effort, she didnāt quit when she got to just good enough - she wants it right. Other staff are friendly and capable. The corporationās policies, very much in contrast to the Blairstone staff, are all about maximizing the money that comes out of your pocket and minimizing their responsibility for outcomes. Without Dr. Good, I wouldnāt have anything to do with Coast Dental.

Absolutely ridiculous management. Called for an appointment in November, received an āonly available dateā for the end of March. Prior to the appointment I confirmed it through the text I received, but upon appearing I was told that my appointment was cancelled because I did not confirmed it vocally. They also said the the next opening is available only in August.,..

Went there in March, the office is outdated and dentist chairs have rust. They told me I had periodontitis and the chronic one (no dentist before or after had ever told me that and I have never experience any gum issues). They gave me a super worrisome panflet and offered me a cleaning (according to them I was suposed to have these cleanings every 3 months). Even though I have insurance, they use different codes for the anesthesia and they tried to charge me 100$ for an electric toothbrush (see photo). Also, they were supposed to put 3 needles of antibiotic but I ony saw them use 2. They charge me for panoramic Xrays (which were covered by my insurance). Total treatment cost almost 1000$ just a cleaning. Went to nother clinic today (BASTIEN DENTAL), no word of periodontitis my gums are superhealthy, new clinic, all clean, awesome customer service. IF THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE PERIODONTITIS LOOK FOR A SECOND OPINION!

They are awesome and I love them! Dr. Goode and her staff are amazing and professional. They made my smile a million times better and overall my face looks so much better. I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I both went to Coast Dental on Blairstone because it accepted our insurance (CHP). I have never been so dissatisfied with a dental office in my life. Not only did they try each visit to pressure my husband into buying a toothbrush for about $100, but they also made us both feel very unwelcome. I showed up for my visit 15 minutes early only to find out the receptionist had booked me at the wrong time. The hygenist was very rude toward me and acted as if it was a huge inconvenience- despite the fact it was her office that made the error. The receptionist also lied about my time of arrival. These are not the type of people you want to associate with.
