Overall good service for seeing me on short notice. Friendly staff the only drawback was the receptionist. I was informed that I needed to switch providers which was no problem. However the receptionist never provided the information I needed to give to my insurance company. I would have liked if she took the time out to give me the information instead of the back and forth between the insurance company and me trying to figure out the correct information. That was the only issue.

Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a dentist! Showed up to my first appointment after confirming 3 times via text and email just to be informed the appointment had to be rescheduled because no one was in the office to do a cleaning. They claim they tried calling twice but I never received any calls. Rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday just to get a voicemail the next day saying I had 3 hours to call back to confirm my insurance or the appointment would be canceled. After calling 5 times and leaving 2 voicemails without hearing back from anyone I have decided to find a more competent dentist office. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people

Wonderful visit today. Going to the dentist is never easy but the care and attention I was shown by the women at the Blairstine office made me feel at ease and important. The dentist Dr. Janga and Ms. Tina listened to all my needs, questions, and concerns and took the time to address them all. The front end receptionist was also very kind, patient, and professional. She let me know that they were a little behind but kept me abreast as to where I feel in the cue. I felt seen and important from the moment I walked in. Wonderful Visit today. Truly exceptional service.

Checked in, sat in lobby for half an hour before going back. Then sat in the chair for another hour before the cleaning even started.
While waiting in the lobby, saw 2 different patients turned away by reception when signing in for their scheduled appointment. Both were because of miscommunication from this office or the business’s other location.
If your insurance will let you go elsewhere, I recommend doing so.

My experience has been less than pleasurable and very unprofessional. I’ve had more than one issue with them, one of which being overcharged for services. I was “credited” fees because all of my services were not being disclosed when filing with my insurance. Another instance I showed up to a cleaning appointment only to be told my hygienist no longer worked with them and my appointment was canceled. The receptionist lied and implied that she had attempted to call me ONCE to confirm my appointment and left a message. I do not have record of receiving a call or voicemail. I have braces so I had to coordinate with my orthodontist for that cleaning and was extremely frustrated when they offered no viable resolution. I will be seeking a new dentist office ASAP!

I used to go to the Mahan office (they call it the Tennessee Street office but we all know it’s Mahan once you cross Magnolia). The desk staff there was very nice but I love how it’s not just the desk staff here, it’s everyone. Everyone is nice and friendly and they explain everything as they go along. They also gave me a printout detailing everything I needed and gave me the option to go ahead and book the service or make an appointment months out for when I might be able to come back (insurance isn’t the same as it used to be, go figure). Bottom line, I don’t regret going & I plan to bring my kids.
