My partner has now had his appointment rescheduled days before TWICE. Their excuse was that they “didn’t realize he was a new patient” despite him making them aware of this when he made the first initial appointment earlier this year. They rescheduled him for January 2023 with no apology and no option of having a sooner appointment. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Had a great experience here, there is a warm friendly atmosphere like the kind you would find in a small family practice. The administration staff in front was amiable and affable, even when you forget to fill out portions of the paperwork. Dr. Good was knowledgeable and down to earth. (Highly recommend having her do a cancer screening). The facilities themselves are clean and well organized. I enjoyed my experience here and would recommend this dentist to a friend or family.

I went in for a cleaning today. Stephanie was my dental hygienist. She was professional and friendly. I felt comfortable around her and managed to relax a bit more than usual (I say this because I don't like medical/dental appointments but that's what being an adult is all about). She was running a bit behind but she kept her cool and I thought that was awesome. The rest of the staff were warm and friendly as well.

THIS PRACTICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I hardly go out of my way to write reviews for anything, but first off their book keeping and scheduling appointments is off and this is the second time in a year where I had confirmed an appointment a few months back and received a text and email confirmation only to get in there and have the dentist and receptionist tell me that their scheduling is not working. It took time out of my busy day. On top of that staff is not polite or accommodating. They try to make it sound as if it was the patients fault. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to ANYONE! Coast Dental could do themselves a favor and wipe this office clean and get more competent, customer service oriented receptionist, and not trying to scam customers with trying to up charge on costs that were not signed off on.
