I came in because of wisdom tooth pains and had to wait an hour to get into my appointment. I was then given an x ray and after waiting another 30 minutes an ambiguous referral for $175 which only verified what I knew. I tried calling to clarify information about the referral and was sent to voicemail several times over the course of the day and the following morning. Very upsetting.

Amazing Dental Practice. They treat you like family. I came to Coast Dental after one too many bad experiences with Smile Line dentists. Dr. Good and her staff provide the best customer service. They give you as much as time as you need to ask questions about your unique care needs. They make you feel comfortable as soon as they greet you. Every person I encountered made me feel as though they genuinely cared about my dental health and well being. Ramona provided me with a set of instructions for how to take the best care of my teeth and gums, and was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. The technician who cleaned my teeth (whose name escapes me) was incredibly polite, and also had a very calming quality about her. The doctor's assistant tech(?), named Pam, was fun, humorous, and made the entire experience great. She was just a really awesome person - I do not know how else to explain. Dr.Good is down to earth, approachable, confident, and clearly a skilled master of her trade. She seems to enjoy her work immensely, and legitimately cares for her patients' health. To top it all off the ladies at the front desk worked quickly and efficiently, while providing the same level of friendly, (even familial), respectful service to each and every one of their customers. I am so glad I switched to Coast.

I love this Dental Office! I had to have some major treatments over a period of several months and everytime I went in everybody and I mean everybody has always been friendly, kind and patient with me. I absolutely love Dr. Good and her staff, they are professional and highly skilled. I trust in the care I receive. My only concern is the amount of wait time that results from how busy they are. When I need a filling, it takes more than a year before I am able to make an appointment. This presents a serious concern and I would hope the office could make adjustments in their business model to be able to provide adequate care for existing customers. I would not want to leave the practice, but without the ability to receive care in a timely manner, it may be something that I need to do.

I don't even want to leave 1 star. Absolutely horrible experience. Wanted $1,000.00 to do a simple extraction and was rushed out with no antibiotics after I couldn't pay that amount. The staff was friendly but the dentist was terrible and had no compassion at all, was very rude about the whole situation. I recommend no one go here they are a complete rip off. I've been in pain since Saturday and I am so disappointed.

Everyone at the office is friendly and they know me. Paulette is upbeat. She listens to me and she does a great job cleaning my teeth.

These people will waste a lot of your time. Made an appointment over the phone, filled out intake paperwork, came in a week later, and they had no record of an appointment. They never answer the phone, instead rerouting you to a call center where you talk to someone that doesn't even work for them. Save yourself time and money, go anywhere else but here.

Coast Dental, located at 2700 Blairstone Road is the best dentist office in town. I have been going here since I was teenager. Their friendly staff makes the dentist a pleasant experience. Mrs. Holly is a gem too. :-)
