You'd be lucky to get on the phone with ANYONE. I have literally tried calling these people for months now about an appointment. Nothing but a answering machine that is always full! I have taken my business elsewhere, to be so desperate for pain relief with messed up teeth and then to be ignored constantly by the people who are SUPPOSED to help??? Shows this office branch could give a crap less about the patient, and the office on Tennessee St is just as bad they NEVER answer the phones! IF you get a pickup feel lucky, let's hope they are not rude like others have been!

This was my third dentist in Tallahassee, and I finally found one who is reliable, honest and up front about their pricing who also has your dental health interest first. Leaps and bounds better than the other two more expensive offices I have visited in Tallahassee. I came in with an emergency, they booked me that afternoon to at least address the emergency, and then had availability to take care of my broken tooth that day. I've never had this kind of service and will be giving them all of my dental business moving forward. Highly recommended. Friendly staff.

Clean office with nice staff, skilled hygienists, and friendly dentists. It is hard to get appointments due to the amount of clients but scheduling has been better in the last year, emergency work is done quickly.

Experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Dr. Commedore and Ahmad gave me a throural examine. They both explain to me the issues and problems with my teeth and solutions. My overall experience was pleasant and wonderful.

Office staff are really rude and unprofessional! I spoke with the receptionist who hung up in my face TWICE & had an attitude. I had to call back to back just to get someone else to answer(office manager) to only have an attitude as well. Definitely reporting them both. Also, the appointment scheduling sucks! I have cavities that needs to be filled and won't get seen until NEXT year in May.. The office manager basically told me to find another dentist. Everything is unprofessional and will be reported!!

BTW.. I did not have any problems with the actual dentist (Dr. Goode)

I have never in my life had a deep cleaning like the one I had today. Ms. Paulette is absolutely amazing and she explains the process so well.

I have a LOT of very expensive/time-consuming dental work due to a condition that has left my teeth very weak and prone to decay. For this reason, I usually HATE the dentist. HOWEVER, Dr. Good's team has been absolutely fantastic in literally every way. They reassured me that there are treatment options available, it's not the end of the world, and soon all my problems will be handled for good!!

I can tell that they are short staffed (esp in the front desk) right now, but they still take the time to greet me kindly (and remember my name) and reassure me whenever I have concerns about ANYTHING, even if it takes them extra time.

I have seen patients get very upset and have issues when they do not confirm their appointments ahead of time, so I honestly think that's where most of these 'bad reviews' come from. If you're going to the dentist....CONFIRM you're going to the dentist! This is the same you'd do for any other health service (dr, pharmacy, etc). I was able to get MAJOR work scheduled less than a week after my initial consultation, which is super challenging-- and again, everyone is super kind and understanding. Just, show up when you are scheduled, and actually confirm your appointment when they ask.

I have always been terrified of the dentist. I started going to Dr. Good and she was quick to ease my fears. The staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful. They are more than willing to answer any of my questions, they are very thorough and always make sure I am comfortable. I would recommend this location to anyone looking a dentist .You won't be disappointed.
