I have a fear of going to the dentist. All of the staff made my visit very comfortable for me. Each one of the staff took the time to let me know about any procedure that was about to be performed. I was mainly helped by Tina, Paulette, and Holley. Kudos to these ladies. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The wonderful staff got me in quickly for a complicated fix on a front tooth. Dr. Good's work was exceptional, she was very helpful and informative, and she clearly cared about her work. Highly recommended.

The front office staff was very helpful and professional, and Dr. Commordore was so incredibly nice and thorough in her explanations to me. This practice is amazing now that Dr Good is there. I'm normally afraid of the dentist and have to take Xanax just to go. But Dr Good has changed that. She is very patient and gentle, she told me everything she was going to do and why she needed to do it. She doesn't try and sell you the most expensive procedures or appliances. I would recommend her to anyone. In fact I'm going to bring my mom there. I can't say enough good things about this dentist.

Dr. Good should be investigated. They gave my son a debride that took 10 minutes. Of course the insurance dosnt cover it. She said my son had a cavity, another dentist said he didn't. Every time we went there, we waited for hours. I don't know who's giving these rave reviews, but every time we went other people were waiting hours also. She is fraudulent. We were overcharged. Ps. I have the xrays from this office and new dentist. Fraudulant.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The front staff as well as the office manager treated me with care and politeness, however Dr. Good was extremely rude and confrontational when I asked her office manager about why they wouldn't honor the prices given to me by my insurance company.
I was in the middle of asking their office manager a simple question regarding which services would be covered by my insurance when she raised her voice from another room and stormed in to interrupt my question. She didn't like the fact that I had a list from my insurance company highlighting what I SHOULD be paying since it conflicted with the 4x more expensive quote they originally presented me with.
They are using an illegal bait and switch tactic to pressure uneducated patients into rushing into inflated procedures that they might not even need in the first place. Make sure you read ALL form before signing. They were trying to rush me to sign a form which stated (not verbatim) that I gave them the right to determine which treatment was best for me and I could not request certain procedures to be done. If certain procedures they deemed necessary were not covered by my insurance (of course they weren't), I would be liable to eat 100% of the costs.
I have already reached out to my insurance company about Coast Dental's breach of contract and their illegal bait and switch tactics. I refuse to let them not only hurt me, but others who are less educated about these matters.
