Coast Dental

Paulette is literally the best hygienist ever. She's sweet, gentle, thorough, and does an exponential job every time my husband and I come in. Having always hated the dentist, Paulette has actually done the daunting task of making me feel the complete opposite! May I add that she's SO knowledgeable and answers any question that I have with great detail. Thank you for being so awesome!

I think Dr. Good and her assistant Eileen are the very best! I don't think you can ever find a better, more qualified dentist than Dr. Good! She and Eileen are always very professional, kind, and caring! When it comes time to visit the dental office, I have no fear because Dr. Good and Eileen always make me feel comfortable. The only thing that I wish would change with my experiences with Coast Dental is the "return call" system. I have called two to three times with issues and/or concerns, left messages, but never got a return call back as promised. After a few attempts to contact them, I usually ask my husband to call on my behalf. They usually call him back, which I find kind of strange because I am the patient.

Dr. Good is the best dentist I've ever had, and I've had 3, total. I wish my medical Doctors all were like her. She's very thorough and always does her best to treat with as little pain as possible. Dr. Good definately makes me feel at ease. The staff is also great. I have come in for a cleaning to a crown and the service to patients is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Good and her staff. Great job especially to

It originally took multiple phone calls to set an appointment due to being on hold for extended periods of time. The appointment has to be set through a toll free number. I was told each of my children’s appointments would have to be on a separate day. After waiting over a month for an appointment, we were left disappointed. No one ever called to confirm the appointment. When we arrived this morning, for the first appointment, I was told they didn’t see my daughter in the system. We were then told my daughter’s information was in the system, but an appointment wasn’t set. I was also told the provider there does not accept my daughter’s insurance so I may need to “call the one on Tennessee Street to see if they have an opening for her.”

Great staff and Dr. Good is phenomenal. Everyone has always treated me like family which makes me feel better especially since I'm a nervous wreck at the dentists.

A HUGE downside is that they are a corporate office, so even the great staff are subject to whatever HQ passes down. It may not be the fault of the Dr. Or staff, but profits come first. Small chairs and long waits. If you're making a regular appointment it won't be for at least 9 months. They try and upsell their special sonic toothbrushes and I was asked to do this review by the staff. So if you're on state insurance like me and you're stuck with Coast, rest assured that they do great work, but they're still corporate.

I have been so happy with Coast Dental. Dr. Good and all of her staff are friendly and very helpful. I love that the staff knows my family even though we are only there a few times a year. I really appreciate the professionalism the entire staff shows.

Booked an appointment back in August or September, the next date available was 1/29/21. For a call 1/26/21, that the doctor won't be in. The next date i was given was in May of 2021... this is unacceptable! Weigh all your options before going to this company! They had no remorse and said they can't do nothing about that as they are booked. Foolishness!

Hands down some of the most caring and best customer service around Tallahassee. I had a bridge done back in 2010 that was botched by a previous dentist and they went above and beyond to make this right. Dr Good, is always pleasant and professional. The hygienist Ramona, is very knowledgeable and straightforward about the necessary v. recommended procedures. Even the front office staff is always courteous and make me feel like I'm visiting family when I'm there. When I haven't been there in a while I almost want to stop in just to say hi and see how everyone is doing. Definitely has the feel of a family practice without that being the case.

I love Dr. Good! She is so informative and personable. As well as the whole staff! Dr. Good understands people and is great at her job. She truly does all that she can for her patients & does excellent work! Her staff is so friendly that it's like I'm visiting friends every time that I come in. Paulette, the hygienist, is a joy & posseses much of the same qualities as Dr. Good. Markai & Ilene are amazing assiatants and not to mention, all of the girls in the office are such a huge help when it comes to insurance (Becca), availabities in schedules & assiatance (Christine.) Honestly, the whole staff is wonderful! Coast Dental on Blairstone has made going to the dentist offica as enjoyable as the experience can be.
