These were wonderful ladies from the desk, to the dentist, to her helper and out the door was wonderful

My doctor's appointment was fantastic, all the staff was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this crew to anyone, family or friends.

The staff at this facility is very polite ,professional and kind.
And they don't let you sit long 🙂

Wow where do I begin. The supervisor over this place has NO respect for the patients. Tina who is a dentist assistant, really don’t know how she got her license is very very rude and disrespectful. Her attitude towards patients is simply not acceptable. As I was simply asking about the prices I was quoted Tina begin to tell me that my insurance was hmo ( as if it was the cheapest insurance to have) and if I had any issues to call my insurance company. She then proceeded to walk out of the room and told
Me “ I have other patients to handle” that way very rude of her I was her only patient at the time she had no one else to see. After the rudeness I proceeded to go to front and ask for the supervisor who was apparently on a lunch break. The girl who sits at the desk told me she would give her supervisor my name and number and call me. I left the dentist office at 12:45 (didn’t get my work done that was supposed I felt terrible treated so I left and will no longer come back here) the supervisor never returned my call . I called the dental office at 2pm where the supervisor answered the phone and told me she was doing an interview that’s why she never called me back. Lol this place is ran by unprofessional people who need more training on customer service. The 5 stars that you are seeing for this place are most likely done by the employees and the patients who where begged to write a review to make them look good. Avoid this place if you can

When I arrived their their was no one at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes until someone came to get me . There only appeared to have two people in the office. The Hygienist came and got me to take me back and the other lady checked me out . Both were helpful ,polite and efficient

Perfect in every way. Went in for cleaning. Afterwards, they announced that my crown was in and did that too. It was scheduled for next week.

I wouldn't know about the actual quality of dental service because I could never get an appointment KEPT despite confirming. The systems they use must not communicate with each other. They require a text confirmation, and email confirmation, AND a verbal phone confirmation for appointments. However, despite doing ALL of those for THREE different appointments and ONCE for my daughter, we arrived at the clinic only to be told I did not confirm the appointment so it had been filled with another patient EVERY time. In addition, despite completing the paper work (as requested) online, they NEVER had the paperwork in the office. This was a giant waste of time and I will never consider this clinic again. Sad as this is not a dentist issue but a systems or staff issue.

The staff is always so welcoming, professional and amazing. Everyone is so great. Shelby my dental hygienist was friendly and quick. I always enjoy talking with the front desk staff as they are warm, friendly and accommodating.

BEWARE! This place is NOT where you want to be serviced! The dentist is rough and rude! The office manager is also no help! It doesn’t matter if you confirm via text, email, or phone by the time you get to the office they’ll tell you they cancelled your appointment. Don’t bother Calling the office 10/10 you’ll get the call center. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! You will wait in the waiting room for a long time beyond your appointment time and no one will update you on what’s taking so long or apologize for the wait. Came in for a filling and had to get X-rays etc prior to seeing the dentist only to be told after the X-rays there wasn’t enough time to do my filling and that instead I would see a dentist via the webcam. Fast forward, came in for my filling and the dentist was extremely rude and didn’t appreciate the fact I didn’t agree with her treatment plan when I only came in for a tooth that need to be filled. If you question pricing as far as your insurance goes let me tell you getting them to send in the treatment plan they always have an excuse. The system is down, the fax isn’t working, blah, blah. Front desk staff is always pleasant but they can only do so much. Oh, I also learned that if they over price your treatment plan they aren’t going to give you your money back they just add it to your account as a credit. Consult with your insurance before agreeing to any major procedures 9/10 they’re pricing you for the unnecessary higher priced things versus the more reasonable choice. I’ve read all the other reviews and I can honestly agree with all of the 1-star reviews I’ve experienced them let me save you the time and headache.
