4th time they have canceled one of my appointments in a row. I have been trying to see them since May. Extremely unprofessional don’t even bother scheduling with them unless you wanna wait 8 months and still get canceled on.

Worst dentist ever. I first have to wait 6 months for the appointment and then on the day of my appointment, I arribe and the office is closed with 5 other people waiting outside that also had appointments. Tried calling, no answer. Lost the day, lost hours from my job and no cleaning.

I get very anxious and nervous when going to the dentist. Dr. Good is completely understanding of this, and has been very helpful at putting me at ease as much as possible. The entire staff at Coast Dental have been wonderful and kind every time I visit. Very thankful that I found this office!

My fiancé scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance for February 2021 so he could get a referral for an oral surgeon to get his wisdom teeth out. We get there and they tell us he has to reschedule with no notice at all. So he scheduled another appointment in February for next Tuesday this month and I get a call from them today saying he has to reschedule again... Terrible service

I've been going to this office for several years now. Dr. Good is a smart, kind, perfectionist and exactly the kind of person I would want in charge of my dental care.

Ramona is also sweet, thorough, and intelligent.

The office is clean, bright, and well-kept. The staff have always been polite.

The complaints on here about high-pressure sales tactics are unfounded in my opinion. Screening for oral cancer is recommended, but you can decline. They also do recommend an expensive toothbrush, but it is WELL worth it. I love mine. And again, it is pretty easy to just say no. I did the first time. Nobody bothered me about it.

All in all excellent customer service and medical care.

This business is a joke! At first glance you might think it's an ok dentist to go. So did my family. The staff they have there can't put a temporary cap on to save their lives. Only the older lady who does it, does it good enough to stay on. They don't answer phones at all. They rarely return calls if they do at all.

At the beginning of August my wife bit into something on a weekend and it shattered her tooth. Monday morning at 8am she calls leave a message on one option, calls at 9am leaves another message on a different option in their phone system. They never returned her calls, and her message in all of them said I have a shattered tooth I need to talk with someone soon to find out what to do. Tuesday she calls a few more times at this point I start to call myself. No response what so ever from this horrible business. On Thursday I go in the office to find out what the hell is going on and why they haven't returned our calls. They told me that they will call right now and that the dentist had been sick. Which I'll discuss in a second. So they call my wife, who was in a meeting at the time and leave her a message saying their first available emergency appointment was in December! Yes December, and it's the beginning of August. So at this point we went to another dentist.

The dentist here Dr. Good is a decent dentist polite and all. But every week it seemed she was missing a day or two and had to push people back. One of my appointments got pushed back 5 times until I told them I wasn't getting pushed again. They said she was sick again the Monday Tuesday and Wednesday of the week we were calling. Ok so if she's sick why haven't you returned any calls? Just because the doctor is sick doesn't make you not do your job in an emergency! So the doctor always not making into work has pushed all her appointments back so far that she's into December for emergencies?

My recommendation is to save yourself some time and don't step foot into this place of business. You will regret it if you do.

On another note my first couple visits here the staff asked me to write a good review on this place. I'm glad I waited. But I think that's how they have such a high rating for such a horrible business

I definitely felt welcome once I entered the Practice. Omg Kerra was absolutely amazing with being very gentle and informative. Thanks again for great customer service!

I have been scared to go to the dentist for years because of a teeth cleaning that left me in tears. Glad I came to Coast ! The dentist was lovely and she made me comfortable from start to finish. My teeth look great and I’ll be back to do fillings and future teeth cleanings !!!

Don't go here, what a scam! There's not even a dentist there to talk with.

I’ve had the best experience with this Office. Dr. Pamala Good is awesome! very throughl and very professional. Mrs. Holly is also very efficient and helpful. She has A great personality and is very upbeat. She seems to go above and beyond to help you understand the paperwork and billing. Today’s visit was a pleasant experience.
