I agree with previous posts. I have had multiple appointments canceled, rescheduled, etc and have been trying for over nearly nine months to get in for the appointment I scheduled. I'm willing to extend some grace because of COVID but its just unacceptable the way they treat prospective patient's time. To call and cancel my appointment and then change the appointment time of the rescheduled one with no notification its just not respectful. I truly feel awful for the customer service representatives, who are very helpful, but have to handle the actions of the offices.
I see a representative sometimes reaches out to discuss your exceptional patient care standards. Please save your time and don't respond to my issue. It was not resolved when I spoke to customer service.

Had an appointment here the other day. The staff are very personable, and the procedures were carried out in a timely and comfortable manner. Their friendliness and professionalism were very welcome, since I tend to have bad luck when it comes to dentists. Coast Dental is a great fit for me, so I highly recommend them to you!

Coast Dental is the worst dental office in Tallahassee.

Coast Dental are just rip off your money, they are not the real dentist take care about patient. they charge unknow and unnecessary medications, they even bill your insurance the toothbrush which you never buy! the cleaning services is really really bad. For 45 min cleaning, they charge you $600 and their bill is discrepancy with the insurance EOB. they are not only over charge you, they made fake bills and they also send the fake bill to collection company! So horrible dental office! I will sue them!

NEVER NEVER GO TO COAST DENTAL!

I'm not quite sure how this place had 4.5 stars. Makes me question if these are paid reviews. Coast dental as a whole and not this office alone is the worse experience I have ever had with a dental facility. My appointment has been canceled 3 times!! 1st was due to covid, 2nd the doctor left the practice, 3rd the doctor will be on vacation. I been waiting on a crown since early summer. I just never experienced anything like this. I just switched my plan cause I refuse to continue to deal with coast dental.

By far the most unorganized place I’ve ever had an encounter with. My husband and I live a hour away. The office man him a followed up appointment we wasn’t sure what time so we called early this morning and kept getting the call center. Finally someone from the call center confirmed his appointment but we really couldn’t understand if she said 10 or 3 so we called back again only for them to tell us they couldn’t find him appointment. We both took off of work for a wasted day.

I know, 5 stars for a dentist office? How can any dentist visit be that great? Well, I am a very anxious patient. After years of torture at the hands of Air Force dentists it is very difficult for me to sit in the chair. I lost a great dentist a few years ago when he relocated to Tampa and I didn't think I would find another dentist that I could trust working on my teeth. I tried a couple but didn't have any luck. Eventually I broke my front tooth and I decided to try Coast Dental. I am so glad that I did. They got me an appointment for the repair right away. To be honest when I showed up at 8am and the door was locked I was really afraid that I was making the wrong choice but I am so glad I stayed. Dr. Commodore is the most patient, gentle and kind dentist and is incredibly good at what she does. This crown is absolutely perfect, in part, because of the great work that Shay did to make it that way. Dr. Commodore even had a trick to make it easier to tolerate the Novocaine injection. Her ability to communicate with her assistants is great to facilitate the teamwork necessary to do the job well. This ability is also very much appreciated by me because she kept me informed of what I could expect every step of the way and this helped me deal with the anxiety, since I had full awareness of what was going on. I am so happy to find a dentist that I can rely on to keep my teeth in good shape. I would highly recommend Coast Dental on Blair Stone for your dental needs.

So I got the Delta Dental plan from the Marketplace which was an HMO and when reaching out to the dentist to set up an appointment, the lady who answered collected my information and informed me of a waiting list which I was placed on and that they will contact me when they have something. I call back a week later for an update and found out that the phone number assocaited with that account was inccorrect. The associate helping me today via phone-call at the blairstone location was male and had an accent. The associate corrected the phone number linked to my account ( after 8 minutes on the phone) and when I asked what to expect next, he just hung up. Great customer service! So I decided to write this review, so hopefully others can know what kind of service to expect.

Great experience, first time there. Everyone so sweet. Very thorough ! Squeezed me in for a deep cleaning . And setting up appointments with Holly,she is a sweetheart. Actually everyone that I saw today was very nice and pleasant to be around made you feel very comfortable ..I will definitely recommend this office, I recommend Paulette for deep cleaning your teeth .Dr. Commedore and also DA Ahmad for all your dental needs. Why have I waited so long to get these wonderful people to take care of my dental work. Thank you.

Last week was my 10 year old daughter and I first appointment. The ladies were extremely nice. I have had a fear of the dentist since I was a child but they truly made me feel comfortable. My daughter had fun laughing and joking with the ladies as well.
