I made an appointment for a Saturday and tried to give them my insurance information when I made the appointment, but they said they would take that information at the time of my appointment. However, they called a few hours before my appointment on Saturday and told me they could not verify the insurance data on a weekend, so I rescheduled the appointment for Monday. Arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment time and did not get called back until about an hour after my appointment time. They x-rayed me and put me in a dental chair. A dental assistant came in and spoke, maybe, 10 words to me, then disappeared. About an hour and a half later, a dentist came in and didn't a whole 5 minutes to schedule me for the following Saturday. I told him that I was in extreme pain, but he did nothing…did not even give me a prescription for pain meds. On Tuesday night, I could not sleep due to the pain, so I called 4 times on Wednesday to try and get a prescription for pain meds, because I missed work on Wednesday due to no sleep Tuesday night. All day trying to get the script and no joy.
This place has signs everywhere that say, "we strive for five," regarding ratings, however, they only care about volume of patients, not quality of care. After my day of trying and failing to get some help with pain management, I told them to cancel everything and contacted my insurance to tell them not to pay on the x-rays due to lack of care.
Do not go to this dentist! They have 30 chairs, great hours (open until 6 PM most weekdays and Saturday hours) but they do not have quality care. Each time I called regarding my pain, they would "send an urgent message to the front office," but no action was ever taken. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself time and pain.

Brought my two girls here for cleaning and first dental visit.. they didn’t even do x-rays and didn’t even touch or clean my kids teeth!!! charged insurance for services that weren’t even rendered?! Just trying to get as many people in and out as fast a possible to make fast money! Do not take your kids here or yourself!! AWFUL service!

This place sucks the peoria office is horrible! Tried going twice and both times they denied doing anything. They are all very rude and horrible attuitudes. You couldnt pay me to ever go back to that office

Walked in with a swollen face at 3:30 on Saturday and they said they don't accept walk-ins after three when there was nobody in the building three girls were standing at the front desk doing nothing

Non socially don’t tell u Anything come up behind u and tell nothing. Just open your mouth. No please or thank you. I went ther for a cleaning and X-rays to check for bad back teeth. Some pieces had already broken off. I have very sensitive teeth and during the cleaning I was jumping all over cause he was hurting me, and again, no sorry, no nothing. No X-rays nothing. Very disappointed. Not sure that I will go back.

Did not have a good experience. Went to have a tooth pulled, the dentist numbed me up but I told her I still had pain and feeling where the affected tooth was. And gave me more numbing. I felt every bit of pain from her pulling the tooth. It was as if I did it myself at home it was extremely painful and traumatizing.

Drive 2 and 1/2 hours for an oral surgeon for my 6 yr old.... familia dental was contacted a month before the surgery to send over her X-rays and referral letter. Got the the surgeon they had no records from familia dental. Called and they said they would have someone gets a hold of me after sitting on hold for 40 mins ...had to drive for nothing and now have to reschedule for another 2 weeks out. Now my 6 yr old has to deal with pain for more time.

They are amazing. They get you in quick and do a good job. Staff is always amazing.
