I love everything about this dentist office! They are so kind considerate and really care about you. I've been going to familiar dentist for about 10 years now and I absolutely love them. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to trust them with your oral hygiene. Thank you so much Familia Dentistry

I gave a 1 star rating simply because I can’t give 0 stars. The facility had trash all over the waiting room. Nobody was super friendly or started any sort of conversation with either of my husband or I. Employees were talking not so highly about each other and there was yelling in the halls. We were told to go to a certain room. We were left there with no guidance on what was happening next. Different employees kept stopping in to grab things and not saying a word to us and leaving. The room was gross and very disorganized. Things were placed everywhere and stacked on top of each other. They took X-rays but, we have no idea why or if everything was good with them. The orthodontist didn’t say but 2 words to my husband and I. He was aggressive when cleaning our teeth. He didn’t even floss our teeth or ask us any questions knowing we were both new patients. I didn’t even know his name because we were not told. After, he supposedly cleaned our teeth he said “No cavities, come back in 6 months.” Then, leaves. No time for questions/explaining of anything just that. Definitely won’t be back, this place should be shut down.

Called to set up an appointment for a tooth extraction. Tells me that they can do it since my appointment for 3:00 in the afternoon. Get there and tell me what you have an examine and cleaning and we don't have time to do the tooth extraction. I would never recommend this place for anybody. They seem more like a bunch of veterinarians than dentist.

I went to Familia this past week and I had the best experience! The front desk receptionist, Ryann, was very helpful! The doctor and assistant were very fast! I do want to say that the assistant, I believe, was Mar and she was so patient with me.

Been waiting almost 5 months to get three teeth pulled was told to do antibiotics and then come back get them done came back was told antibiotics again. Finnaly schedule to get them done as soon as antibiotics were finished and they canceled my appointment called to try and do antibiotics again so i dont go through the pain of waiting again was told no.

I love this dentist! Great customer service and super fast appointments. Wish I had found them sooner. Especially Bri...she took care of my family with a friendly disposition and sent us home with fabulous treats until we come back again. Bri is the best!!!

Awesome place got an appointment within a week. Then got a flat tire on way and they accommodated us even being 5 min late. Quick service only had to wait to get in room 10 min . Got impressions on first appointment for my needs. Thanks Glen street Familia!!
