Familia Dental

Fist apt was yesterday,was a complete mess with nerves as I dispise the dentist. Read reviews and had mixed thoughts but needed to get a tooth pulled. I called last week and my apt was less than a week later. Fist time having a tooth pulled,it was a wait once I got to the chair,but I didn't mind gave me a minute to collect myself. A younger guy asst came in,was super nice and calming. Dentist came in and I was surprised how fast and painless it was!! Dffntly going back! Thank you for calming a 41yr old first timer with an extraction!

They are very pleasant and they take time to explain everything to her and very gentle and understanding

I have an extensive health history which has just killed the health of my teeth. The "dentist" if that's what he was. He did not look at x-rays or at my teeth he just started attacking my mouth with a drill and ice cold water. After I turned my head because he was not noting my discomfort he walked away and sent me to a specialist. I had not been to Familia Dental since 2015...because that experience was so horrifying I decided to never go back. I literally thought that perhaps 7 years would have helped their service and cruelty but it did not. Stay away with your families your children and yourselves!!@

Love the staff here!! Front desk is amazing!! The office manager is one of the most patient people I’ve ever had to deal with and is kind to you no matter what!! Recommend it to anyone and everyone really good with kids!! Orthodontist is also amazing and their staff is lovely

All staff was very friendly. I was promptly signed in and after a short wait in the chair. Once I hit the chair I was back out in my car within 20 minutes and I had had a tooth painlessly extracted! Very pleased!

My husband and went in for our appointment together having our teeth removed called us in for our first impression about two weeks later then called us in for our second impression, They did my impressions but they lost my husbands lab work. so they had to do his first impressions again he was experiencing a knot on his upper gums and tried to tell the dentist but the dentist brushed him off said it would go away. I was then called in for my third visit and when i got there they couldnt find my labs so once again starting over again, my husband mentioned bump in gum again and once again he was brushed off by dentist three weeks later we were called in again this time for our wax impressions. when we got there they handed him some teeth and me some teeth. they mixed up the teeth and gave me his and mine to him. my husbands was the dentures and mine were the wax. they skipped a step with my husband, my husbands bump on gum never went away it is messed up bad i finally got my teeth neither of our teeth fit but we feel that going back to this dentist will result in more failure

I had a much needed dental visit at Familia Dentist. When I arrived my nerves were a little shaky. I was greeted with a warm welcome. All of the staff was friendly and prepared for the pandemic procedure.

The service was prompt and professional. The Dental Assistant was absolutely amazing and encouraging! The Dentist was calm and very patient when it came to all of my questions and concerns.

I have now sent my husband and kids to Familia Dental. They are the best☑️

The only thing that I find to be bad about Familia Dental is that when I make a payment there is not a balance due. Also the people at the front can't even tell you what you still owe. I made a payment of 1400.00 before they changed their system and when I went in the next time and several times after I was asked for a payment because the payment of 1400.00 did not transfer over to the new system. Yesterday 4/26 when I took my granddaughter in the girl at the front told me I owe 555.00. I then told I only owe 100.00. This was not her fault it was the fault of the finance department because they have not caught the payment that people have already payed. It makes me wander how may people have over paid because the have not kept all of the receipts.

After reading the reviews I had the number dialed to cancel our appointments but felt that I needed to witness it for myself. We (very nervously) went in. There was no smell of smoke at all going in. The ladies at the Fremont desk welcomed us as soon as we came in and were very kind through the whole registration process. The wait was no more than 5 minutes to go back (even though we showed up 20 minutes early). The nurse doing x rays was super kind. I don't remember the doctors name that came and cleaned our teeth but he and his assistant both were very kind gentlemen. Overall, my son (15) and I both had an extremely nice experience. At the end I told them that the reviews online really had me worried, but we had a great experience and all the staff lit up with excitement and "thank you's" it was really a nice place and I encourage you to try it for yourself.
