I have been with my previous dentist since childhood. Needless to say, he retired. I needed to find a replacement. I was very impressed with my first visit! The doctor and support staff filled his shoes very nicely :)

They have made great strides on turning this place around. We waited for 15 minutes to get our daughters teeth adjusted for braces. They were very courteous...explained what they were doing and asked multiple times if there was anywhere that fix so that way it didn't hurt her. They went out of there way to make sure insurance covered everything and even drew up a plan in case it didn't and offered a payment plan. The place is clean.....the staff genuinely like each other....definitely a good place to go.

The first time ever going coming from Bloomington to Peoria and a few of these Front Desk Workers was very Rude and Disrespectful. and the manager Kami wasn’t so professional. Me and my family will no longer become patients there it was such an embarrassing time especially in front of my children.

I haven't seen a dentist in years because my kids have always come first. I knew I had a few cavities and it was time to take care of my teeth. They got me in and out x-rays and a cleaning in less than 30 mins. I can say my anxiety level isn't going to be as bad when I get my deep cleaning and fillings. Totally a 5 star today.. and I'll be making my kids appointments here from now on. Thanks so much familia dental

I have no idea if they're good or bad. I called 5 days in a row. No person ever answered the phone. I left call back messages every time. No one ever called me back 😒. Ummm, not the kind of office I want to try to deal with.

They were so amazing!! My husband had always had awful experiences with dentists until we took him to Familia Dental. They pulled the teeth that were hurting him and had us in and out in less than an hour. AMAZING!!?

Years ago I had a bad experiece here and had to walk my son out of the middle of an appointment it was so bad. Fast foward to today, I had no other place to go for myself due to the insurance I have and nobody else accepting it except Familia. Yesterday, I had a pleasant experience and even asked the doctors name so I can request her next time. I am so thankful that they would take me in and take care of me.
