After multiple phone calls from myself and my insurance company - 4 months later they finally submit my referral for an oral surgeon to pull an inflamed tooth! The lady that did my cleaning that day was also overly aggressive on my entire mouth and basically tore my gums apart. No care for the patient at all - they need to be shut down~ DO NOT GO HERE! Better to go out of town!

It definitely smells like pot in the building they got us in quickly

Visits are fast, which is good and bad. It’s a little overwhelming of a pace when you’re already nervous.

Granddaughter had two cavities and the best care in getting taken care of!

I had a tooth break off 9:30 at night eating popcorn. Next morning I called the office to see if I could get in to be looked at, got in at 11 a.m. in the morning and was there only about 15 minutes. They took x-rays and dentist extracted my tooth. They did a great job!

The staff are always very friendly. One of my children had a bad dental experience elsewhere they were very good to her.. None of my kids mind going here and our wait was pretty decent..

Appointment was at noon, didn’t get seen until after 12:30. It took 5-10 min with the dentist

Took my daughter in yesterday for swollen gums and abnormal bleeding. They wanted to try and clean her teeth before the dentist came in. She was crying and bleeding and they proceeded to scrape at her teeth and gums. When dentist came in, opened her mouth and barely looked at it and claimed blood disorder. Not ruling out anything else before hand. Said needed to see specialist in Chicago. Went to another dentist and it was something very treatable and just needed antibiotics. Which was the reason we went in anyways so she could get an antibiotic for it. Was not helpful whatsoever and was a waste of time for my poor child.

I went for a wisdom tooth to be pulled, my appointment was at 9, I was the first patient there and was put into a room shorty after arriving. By 10 I was told all the doctors were in a meeting. So everyone who had an appointment was waiting. I didn’t get my tooth pulled till 10:45. The dentist was very nice and all the ladies were very nice while I waited but my fiancé had to take off of work to watch our baby for me to do this and had to go to work after. So for an appointment that was at 9 I finally got home closer to noon, and with 1 peice of gauze and that’s it. I only went here because my Insurance gave me no other choice. There was also garbage on the floor and old coffee in the sink and water marks all over the walls, and again I was the first patient.
