They lost my impressions, the first dentist was a very rude woman, had 3 different people to do my upper impressions. The manager was extremely nice and helpful.

The staff and front desk were super helpful and friendly. When I brought my mother in to start her dentures they explained all the appointments to us and they were even able to set me an appointment the same day to get my cleaning! I will definitely be recommending Familia Dental to people.

i called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was able to get an appointment early. Most doctors have a new patient waiting period. So, it was nice to not have to wait weeks to be seen. After completing paperwork, I had a short wait. The nurses were very friendly and Dr. Yash was friendly, informative, and professional.

Every time we stop in for an appointment the play area is always closed. I have 3 kids with me usually and it would be super convenient if they had something to occupy their little bodies while we wait. It usually takes a little while to get in for our appointment because of how busy they usually are, and this is pretty annoying every time we go in! When we got into the back the dental assistant was super awesome with my young boys and did a great job keeping them calm and getting the job done at the same time. I didn't like the fact that I could barely understand the dentist as she spoke very hard to understand broken English. But overall our experience at this office is generally pleasant and we will definitely be going back again when needed! Thanks Familia Dental! ☺️👌🏼😁

My appointment was at 9. Had to wait a half hour before I was finally called in. Then sitting in the chair, they numbed my mouth for a deep cleaning. "Waiting for the numbness to kick in" I sat again for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, I felt the numbness slowly subsiding. When she finally returned, the bottom part of my mouth was still numb. Not the top

Staff was very friendly an professional. Dr. was fast an efficient. Fixed an old filling that other dentist messed up years ago. Was very happy with results.

I appreciate Familia Dental for fighting my insurance to pay for my son’s orthodontic work. He required extensive work and it would not have been impossible for us to do financially. The techs and Dr. are super to work with. I do wish they would talk more frequently with my son about oral hygiene though. The office staff is a bit gruff but professional. The office is a bit worn but that is to be expected I suppose when trying to offer a service at such a reasonable price.

I don't remember the year. I did take my children here when they first opened. I had only the state card then. They made sure to schedule things so that the state would pay even though I stated that I take my kids to get cleanings 4 times a year and will pay out of pocket for the uncovered visits. Once I got a job and had better insurance I took myself in for a cleaning. I had just left a really good personal dentist who wasn't apart of my dental plan any longer. The cleaning I had at La Familia was D- effort at best. it was very rushed and I didn't feel cleaned at all. To the point I went back to the old dentist the next day and paid out of pocket for a real cleaning. Very disappointed. On top of that I had my youngest child seen there that day. He was nervous and they way they talked to him did it for me. They have been at Kids First ever since. And no matter what is being done my kids love going there without the need to have a playground. Also when I looked at my receipt I noticed charges for services that were not performed billed to insurance. I called this in to both the state and to my insurance. Although I do know one nice staff member that works there she can't help the fact that the company is big on insurance fraud.

These people are known for unprofessional dentistry,, stay away. They claim to do full teeth extractions in an hour, they claim to be able to provide dentures.. they claim all kinds of things. In the end... they’re laughing at us all the way to the bank. Just try and get them on the phone too... WHEN something goes wrong... I promise you... you will not be able to reach them. Go ahead... just try. Then ask yourself...
why don’t they answer their phones? Then call someone else. Take it from a local and trusted resident and single father... keep yourself and your children away from this place. There are many other and better dentist practices that accept public aid... like I carry myself. Just a group of foreign and 3rd rate dentists disguised as a “dental group” that claims to do all the wonderful things and HAPPENS to have a contract with the state. Nothing more. Beware.
