Super friendly staff, I previously had used secure dental when I had my impacted wisdom teeth removed, however that service there was terrible dentist was a jerk during procedure yelling at me bc I could feel pain over pressure, s that made me not want to go back to any dentist, tried here and so glad I did service was very fast to get Back stays were quick and simple and dr. And her assistant made me feel that everything was good told me my options and what we could get done today and then come back for. Assuring that I was doing okay through the whole thing! I will be back

I was 10 minutes early for my appointment which got me nowhere because I still waited 40 minutes for my appointment to start. They told me it was because they were waiting to hear from my insurance but I had given them all of that information on the phone when I made my appointment and they told me that would speed up the process, which it did not. Once I did see the dentist. He didn't go into depth about my issues just spoke them and left. I left feeling like I could not trust this place. I wanted to give it a try but I will be returning to my previous dentist.

This was my quickest visit ever. I arrive at 11am, an hour and half before my appointment. I was immediately checked in and X-rayed and sent on my way. It's a shame it is a couple hours drive to get this exceptional service, but it's worth it.

Left in more pain than I went there in. I was there to get 3 teeth extracted. He gave me several shots to numb it and then tried to pull one of my teeth before it was fully numb. It hurt so he refused to pull them 😭 now my mouth is killing me where he gave me all the shots and I still have 3 bad teeth

The dentist was great! She listened to me and what I wanted to do. She made her suggestions and I agreed with them! Definitely had a better appointment this time!

Worst place for children. Had an emergency for my son their internet was down so they wrote a script, dr wrote wrong NPI on script. Called said they would send an urgent message, nothing. called again said they would send a message, nothing.

By the third day I just took my son to an actual doctor to get medicine.

Week later calling to follow up and question why they had just completely dropped the ball, I was put on hold and hung up on.. twice.

Dentist and staff were very great and professional, I like it here!

I went to the Peoria office on August 2nd with a broken tooth. They were supposed to get a pre-authorization from my insurance to get a cap over the tooth. I called 30 days later and nothing was sent to my insurance company, lady said she would send it. I called back another week later, nothing is in the notes about anything being sent to my insurance company. They said it would get taken care of that day. Was told to call back in a week. I called back two weeks later and still nothing showing that anything was sent to my insurance company. I am DONE with this office and people not doing their jobs! Ohh and while i was there, he did a “cleaning” on my teeth that consisted of scraping the gum line! Did not even get between any teeth or brush or anything! Now i cant get another cleaning for 6 months unless i pay out of pocket!!! Familia dental surely got paid for a “cleaning” though!! Crooked place!!!!! I would leave ZERO STARS if it would let me!!!

Their good but once I kept telling them I kept feeling pain when they were pulling a tooth and they kept going other wise their usually right on top of it and making sure I'm numb

Friendly customer service and everyone is so nice & tried their best to help out your needs! I have been going to this place for years!
