Never had a bad experience, jessica and hallaha are the best employees. Everytime i have an appointment they are fast,sweet, and they talk to you like a normal person.

I was nervous about taking my daughter in for x-rays, cleaning & exam due to some of the reviews but it was unnecessary. I really couldn't have asked for her to have had a more positive experience when it comes to going to the dentist. The wait time was short considering how many people were in the waiting room. The assistants, technicians & dentist were friendly and thorough. We will be back for all future dental needs.

Okay, so the dentist visit itself went fine with the actual dentist, but the blonde girl in the front of the office where you have to check in is a bit strange, literally tried to go through my phone when she could have just told me the email and I could have done that myself, which would have been the logical thing to do. Just very unprofessional and strange, I know I wouldn’t do that to a patient and try to invade their privacy, so why did she feel that was okay? Smh get some new staff please. She doesn’t know what professional is.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible services. Unsanitary. I would recommend you do your research and know what your dental insurance does and does not cover before you go. They tried to fraudulently charge me for a cleaning and extraction. Saying my insurance only covered a portion. I know what my insurance does and doesn't cover yearly. And cleanings are free. And two extractions shouldn't cost several hundred. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

The Dr did a good job pulling all of my teeth out & now I'm just waiting for my dentures. I'm sure I'll b satisfied. Great hospitality & service too! I highly recommend Familia Dental! Thank you!

If I could give 0 starts I would. I called to make my daughter an appointment because she needs a tooth extracted and they told me they would be able to do it so they made an appointment. Keep in mind we live two hours away because no one would pull my daughters tooth since she is four years old. So this was the closest place they was able to get her in quick. We get there they do two pictures of her mouth someone comes in brushes her teeth then the “dr” comes in looks in her mouth and says “yep it looks like it needs to be pulled but I can’t do that”. So we drove two hours for them to just brush her teeth. We were there for a whole 10 minutes for them to tell us they couldn’t do anything and sent us on our way.

Very bad place,won't recommend anyone especially if you have kids and even when it's emergency. The dentist ok,but the ladies working there are not ethical at all. You wanna die of tooth pain,then go to familia dental.

I had my first visit with them yesterday and honestly it went great! I had to come here due to my other dentists now not taking my insurance for adults but I’m pretty happy with the outcome. My dentist here was a female and with my first visit she was able to do 3 fillings and a cleaning. 1 filling was a broken tooth that she repaired and the other two were back teeth that my original dentist said could never be filled due to they’re location therefor they would have to be pulled. She was able to save them though and it was very painless. My appointment was the middle of the day so there was a slight wait time but nothing too crazy. Everyone there was very friendly to me as well. I’ll definitely be going back when need be.

This place had such a pleasant atmosphere, everyone was friendly. I was able to get a next day appointment when I called to get in & on a Saturday too. The cleaning did shock me. It was a sonic water pick cleaning, not the paste & rubber tip other dentists used that cleaned & polised each tooth. So they didn't feel really clean with this way of doing it. Otherwise Dr. K & staff were calming, answered all my questions & I am going back for my next appointment. Great detal office I think & I'm hard to please!!

My babies loved coming to the dentist and getting there teeth cleaned. They can’t wait to come back again..lol Thank you to all the staff for making my babies feel comfortable and so sweet to them.
