Dr. Choi, is a Big Dawg. He and his assistant, (as well as the rest of the staff), were very professional and adequate in their duties. Also, the procedures were prompt. Wait time, what wait time?? All around, a very pleasant visit!!

The Peoria office is unprofessional and grimy-looking. The doctor was rude and rushed through the entire process. We couldn't understand what she was saying. It surprises me that the inspectors hasn't shut them down. They don't help kids feel welcomed and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place to Anyone!!

No other dentists in town would even look at my wisdom tooth. With in a hour of going to Familia my tooth was pull and home. Thanks so much. Kind staff and very professional.

DO NOT COME HERE. im traumatized by this place i used to come when i was 11-12 but i switched to a different place because of what they would do to me. this time wasn’t different after years of not going. this time i went in for tooth pain and they told me an almost 19 year old that the only option to fix my pain was denatures. they told me id be without teeth for 9 weeks if we did it. i just needed 1 tooth pulled to stop my pain but they told me to remove all my teeth. i walked out sobbing and i couldnt even go to work that day like i was going to because 1, i was still in pain because all they did was clean my teeth. 2, i was crying all day because of how terrified i was of losing all my teeth. id give this place 0 stars if i could and this place needs to be shut down because it hasnt been fixed in years.

Our experience with the doctors and the dental staff is 5 stars, but with the accounts accountable person(s) it is unprofessional. Some of your patients that uses your services, are not treated with dignity. We can hear patients' financial situation echoed through-out the office. You are in violation of the HEPPA law when the patients' "business" is echoed through the office. Office professionalism ethics must first and far most should be displayed at all times. Everyone should be treated with dignity. The room for children to play-in should be used to discuss patient's financial situation; it has a door. Staff purses are exposed piled on a chair or corner table that has boxes, etc., it's just a mess and seem unorganized. It is unprofessional. Everyone should be treated with dignity.

I am honestly not impressed. The speed of the appointment was great. I was scheduled in quickly and did not have to wait long. However there was water all over the floor in multiple rooms. I went because it felt like my wisdom tooth was trying to come down. I was due for xrays and a cleaning. I explained why I was there to the dentist. She looked at the xray and according to it my wisdom tooth is way up in my gums so it shouldn't be causing the pain. We'll that leaves one other option my back molar that had been filled years ago by secure dental back when they were open. The dentist proceeded to say maybe I got a piece of popcorn in there or something. Nope hadn't eaten any. Then she wouldn't even touch it. Said she was just going to do a "deep cleaning" which only included her using a sharp drill tip on my gum line. As I recall from going to dentists for years during a cleaning they yes drilled off tarter or scraped it but they also brushed, flossed, and did a fluoride treatment. She did nothing other than drill my gum line!! Then told me if the pain got worse to come back. I had already been dealing with the pain for a week at this point. Now I'm in more pain than I was to start with! OH and she drilled my other back molar and it hurt so bad I abt jumped out of the chair. I have a very high pain tolerance and the nerve pain was so intense my whole body jerked. Then she rinsed my mouth and that was it.... very disappointed and still in pain. And I doubt my insurance will allow me to go to another dentist since my plan only covers 1 cleaning and and follow up services from the initial visit. Like if xrays show cavities and they can't get to it that day or requires a referral to a specialist. Shouldn't have even wasted my time there. Go someplace else.....just my opinion...

I do not recommend! You pay for what you get, booking is fast and quick! However the Dentist himself is not. I saw Dr. Choi and he did fillings for me was not prepared at all, and we had to switch rooms because equipment was not working. I got a filling that wasn’t filed down all the way and he left my mouth bloody! He told me to wipe my face and goodbye! I have never in my life felt so unwanted and have someone be in a professional field that didn’t want to be in it and willing to not care about you or if your in pain. I wouldn’t recommend this to my dog. Please do research before going!!

Front office is pleasant, helpful, and kind. I would recommend this place, and very well with children. Also Brianna relations coordinator is very kind.
