Dr. Sandeep Thota is amazing! Went there yesterday and he had pulled three of my teeth in less then 7 minutes tops! Fast and painless! Highly recommend this Dr!

I haven’t been to the dentist in ten years because I had a super bad experience last time. I had a tooth brake and I had to go. Familia took my insurance so I went with them. I had so much anxiety I thought I was going to get sick in the beginning but the dentist was kind and patient and helped me relax. I wasn’t feeling anxious at all about halfway through. There was no pain at all and it was fast. I will go back to see this dentist from now on.

Went in 3 times for an extraction. They do not know how to properly numb! Keep saying there's an infection, take another week of meds and send me on my way with a half yanked out tooth and no pain meds 3 weeks in a row. I'm now referred to an oral surgeon. My teeth barely hurt before I go in there! It says online skilled dentist just have to try a little harder to numb the area. Also...had to listen to OBNOXIOUS and loud techs who were discussing if they should eat their brownies at work or not, and the potency of the smell of the butter in the fridge. THC butter, obviously. That's nice...edibles while you work.

I had two teeth prepped for a partial nearly 10 years ago but never completed the procedure due to finances and the needs of other family members. Fast forward 10 years and the two teeth have worn down to where there is metal showing and one had a cavity that left the nerve exposed. They removed both of f the problem teeth in a whirlwind of activity I got registered as a new patient, had a full set of X-rays and the teeth removed in about 30 minutes! Fast efficient and mostly painless.

I gave been being see by general & ortho. I always see Kelly for ortho with Dr. Matter. Kelly always gives me a good laugh. She is very nice and outgoing. Thank you Kelly! 😊

I had an appointment for my son and I this past Wednesday and the staff was absolutely awesome. The front desk did an amazing job getting us checked in and when we went to the back I was informed about everything that was going to be done with my son and I. I would most definitely recommend Familia Dental to all my friends and family. Matter of fact my mother and aunt already are patients there. Thank you Familia staff for such a wonderful visit.

It was a great experience. I have had a great fear of dentists since my childhood. I was able to book in after my sons appointment and have the same dentist. Dr. Ko is great. I had my teeth cleaned and several cavities taken care of in one visit. He even pulled the remaining piece of tooth that has been falling apart for 12 years. All my issues taken care of in one visit is great! Looking forward to going next time. Never thought I would say that!

Haven’t been to the dentist in about 20 years and I was really terrified. I am now confident I no longer fear the dentist. She was great and so was her assistant. I had to have some work done of course and they were patient and helpful. They even made sure we didn’t pay out of pocket and broke down everything. Great experience. We have now found our new permanent dentist. Thanks from the Hale family!

Had a 9:00 appointment. At 9:30. They ask me to
Fill out some paperwork which only took 5 minutes. At 10:00 I went up and ask how much longer the wait? She said that their waiting for my insurance to let them know what’s all covered. I just went in for a cleaning and check up. At around 10:15 I went back and got X-rays and thinking I was about to get my cleaning but no. Now they were waiting for a treatment plan to see how much more they could charge which came out to over 2000 for perio scaling/root planing. At around 11:00 they did a so called cleaning which lasted about 4 minutes. The Worst experience and cleaning I’ve ever had in my entire life. Needless to say I won’t be back for the scaling/planing. Absolutely the worst place in central Illinois. Had a 4 o’clock appointment today and signed in 15minutes early, got two checked to go back and never got called back. Waited 50 minutes after people came and went and went to find out what was taking so long, they said I never checked in. Showed them my name and time of arrival on the paper and they got ignorant and now I’m waiting even longer to see a dentist.
