Horrible. Not even minutes into my appt I knew I had a problem! The clinic wasn’t up to par it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. I came in for a cleaning and to discuss both bottom wisdom teeth being extracted. The rooms weren’t clean enough and had the nastiest chair (I wish I had of gotten a pic of it). The worker had a bad body odor who also smelled like cigarettes ..while her and the dentist were working on my filling in my teeth (I found out that I had 9 cavities) but they both were talking about a lot of unnecessary things that wasn’t pertaining to my visit like weddings, birthdays, other workers, kids etc. which was a little annoying to me. Just unprofessional. Needless to say I will not be returning for a 6 month follow-up. Searching for another dentist office as we speak

The worst orthodontic experience I have experienced. I started treatment almost 2 years ago, and ended treatment early yesterday. To start, the office is disgusting. A terrible odor throughout the whole place. The workers are unprofessional and filthy. Oh and I’ve waited over an hour to be called back for appointments. They don’t look like people you’d want sticking their hands in your mouth. They are not friendly or caring at all. Their printer never works so getting a receipt with your payment and balance rarely happened. When I made my last payment yesterday they tried to charge me for 2 extra months, telling me that’s what was owed when I was told last time I paid I only had 1 payment left. I was not seen for months at a time due to the only orthodontist there changing his availability randomly. At this time I had purchased new colors for my braces on Amazon and started changing the colors myself. (I am a dental assistant btw) I made them very aware when I called to try scheduling appointments that I was purchasing them online & doing it myself at home since they couldn’t get me in. Changing colors does not affect any part of treatment and almost everyone I know around me in braces has bought kits online to change colors themselves. Yesterday, I was SCREAMED at by both my assistant and the orthodontist to the point of tears. Because I changed my own color… The orthodontist decided to end my treatment early because I changed my color. Ive talked to other orthodontists today and they reassured me I did nothing wrong in changing the colors myself. I paid my full amount and didn’t receive full treatment. They wouldn’t even take my braces off so I never received the retainers I paid for. All the other assistants working yesterday were popping into my room to read my chart & be nosey to what was going on. As soon as I walk in the building the workers start running around and whispering. Extremely unprofessional. It is the most uncomfortable place to be. I feel like this place solely cares about money and not their patients. When they found out I work at an orthodontic office myself, they treated me differently, the assistants tried to make me feel stupid. I expressed many concerns I was noticing about my teeth and the orthodontist always just brushed it off. Please do not go here, the price looks good but you’ll look better and feel better if you seek treatment elsewhere.

While it's the mist affordable dentistry in the area, you definitely get what you pay for. The rooms are set up like bathroom stalls and the wait time is horrendous more often than not. The dentists are decent, but they go through them pretty fast. Also watch your bill. Sometimes they charge you for some things that weren't done.

The place is super clean and the staff is super friendly. The X-rays were great however from the moment the woman that cleaned my teeth walked in the room until she walked out was under five minutes. In five minutes they “cleaned” my teeth. It’s not a terrible place but I definitely won’t be back because I’m positive that not much cleaning can happen in five minutes.

If you can rate negative stars that would be my choice! My daughter had a tooth pulled and it was the most archaic experience of her life!!! She has to follow up with a REAL dentist to fix THEIR MESS UP!
At this point, I am seeking legal matters!!!
I want to see this “dentist’s” degree AND license!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CATTLE CALL EXPERIENCE!

Dr. K and her tech Ana did a good job with cleaning and the radiology tech was considerate and efficient

Turned off by the apparent lack of cleanliness of the equipment in the exam room. There were no attempts at patient comfort. Staff was cordial, but apparent they were there to perform their jobs & go home nothing more nothing less. Very bland service😕*They were speedy however*😕

The staff was very friendly. But the dentist didn't speak, didn't ask any question. Just came in cleaned her teeth and left when he was done. Did ask her any questions are even talk to her or me for that matter.

Went for a routine cleaning and Dr. Patel identified an issue with my RCT. This RCT was done few years ago by a different dentist and I visited many dentists later, but I was never informed of the problem. Dr Patel did a comprehensive check and provided me with detailed advice on addressing the issue. Surprisingly, doctor assistant (Miss Colleen) too was very knowledgeable and helpful.
