Always courteous, professional and timely. Very respectful of my time!! They utilizes current technology to administer care/services, stay in touch with patients as well as help patients be active in their care. My teeth are healthier because of them. Prior to coming to The Smile Company I had the hygienist from HELL and that made me avoid the dentist like the plague Other than my 6 month visit. Not anymore I love Danielle!!

The Smile Company is amazing! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The office is very up to date and the waiting room has everything an adult or child may want, even though I've never waited more than a few minutes. They make both myself and my 2 year old feel comfortable. The staff is very upfront about any costs that may occur which i greatly appreciate.

Staff was great. Danielle was very gentle and friendly. This was my first time visiting this dentist service. Was very pleased with service. Will return and I hate going to the dentist always so painful 😫. Happy 😊.

My hygienist today did an outstanding job with my deep teeth cleaning on the right side of my mouth. She was very friendly and did a thorough job. Only knock on that day was the receptionists need to be a little more friendly upon leaving. However when I went back for them to clean the left side, a totally different experience. I have been suffering pain unlike the first time. When I went back to them, Dr. Ashley told me the pain is probably come from a fractured tooth. After contemplating this issue I had concerns about her diagnosis. I wanted to know how long have this tooth been fractured because this wasn't told to me with initial exam. When I called on last Friday I left a message for her to call but that didn't happen. I called this morning and left a message for her to call. This afternoon I received a call from the assistant. I told her my concerns and the pain I was in over the weekend, but I wanted to actually speak to the doctor. I was informed that may not happen. I was so disappointed to have selected this particular company because they are African American, and I feel they do not care about my condition or needs as a patient/customer. I will look to seek another dentist at this point. If I find out there is damage to my nerves from there cleaning, I will be seeking legal counsel.

This dental office was very professional and very clean.
I went in for a deep clean and Danielle was AMAZING she explained everything. I loved the fact that they showed me everything on paper that needs to be done. I was in and out. I will continue to go there and will be telling my friends and family about them.

My appointment was scheduled yesterday (Monday, June 8,2020), and I was very pleased with how my visit went. Although, I was a bit confused as to why they took a picture as I entered the waiting room. Fast forward after the completion of my visit (went in for a cleaning and to inquire about a filling; was told I need fillings and wisdom tooth removal) and was presented with paperwork to sign on how much it would cost for the filling procedure. I informed them I would come at a later date. I signed the paper without thinking and left with the expectation that I would call at a later date to schedule the extraction and filling. However, after my husband had issues with his dental visit (which did not happen btw), I will not support Smile Co Dental. After reading the Google reviews, regarding service and billing issues, I hope they do not bill me for services they did not perform, due to me signing the form!

I just love the care and concern Dr. Keith Robinson and his team has for the patients. He has created a very efficient, pleasant and professional atmosphere
That is among the best that I have encountered. I would certainly recommend anyone to visit this facility and especially those who may have had a bad dental experience in the past. He is very understanding and willing to accomodate any concerns to make you feel comfortable.

They offer horrible service from scheduling to the actual dentist. But the secretaries offered better professionalism than the actual owners. The Robinson’s are only after one thing and it’s your money. Once they make you pay for services upfront they will begin to show lack of interest in your needs.

Seems to me as if this Dental office is money hungry and insensitive. My mom was to have a tooth pulled only to have passed out at work and was admitted into the hospital. I called to cancel her appointment and they had the nerve to say that she had to pay a 75.00 cancellation fee cause she couldn't make it in as if she had planned to pass out and end up in the hospital she still need her tooth pulled but said that she won't return there at all.
